We felt right at home at Jane's place. everything was as listed, the place was super homey, and Jane was a great host.

We had such a great stay! The host went above and beyond, they called us ahead of time to see if we had any questions or needed anything, which was such a nice touch. They also checked in via text on the day we arrived and again on check-out day to make sure everything went smoothly. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, and it felt like a home away from home. Our kids especially loved the game room and had a blast running around and playing in the spacious yard. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun family getaway during our stay for a wedding. Us adults really enjoyed the views of the river and all the different seating areas.

Beautiful home to stay in for a nice long weekend away from the city. Very quick access to town and to various nature attractions. The house was very clean and just overall a very comfortable stay.

Jonathan’s place was great and he was very accommodating. The pool/hot tub combo was amazing to have on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail shows. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Direct access to the river for those interested in fishing. Beautiful deck with lots of seating space to lounge and relax. The pool was perfectly heated. Lots of neat hiking trails in the area. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Easy, comfortable, and fun home. This place was great for our two families with 4 kids under 9 years. We could have easily had a 3rd family stay with us too. The kids were entertained for hours, leaving the parents to relax and enjoy each other’s company. And bonus, this place is directly across the road from a playground! We’ll definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

Wow, wow, wow!! Nestled in a quaint, quiet neighborhood in Rockford ,this awesome, spacious gem of a home had all we hoped for our little family reunion. The grounds, home and pool were immaculate! We all slept like babies in the cozy beds, we had everything we needed in the kitchen as we decided to eat all our meals at home and the ammenities were quite popular! We had our two grandsons with us. It was such a delight watching their eyes light up over the super hero themed bedrooms, the free arcade, the movie theater and the fabulous heated pool. Philip was an awesome host. He was so thoughtful, and kind and anwered all our questions. We would definately rent this fabulous home again. Thank you Philip for helping make our stay memorable. Very cosy and calming place just one street away from the riverfront at Edgewater. The place was spotless and very comfy. The beds had amazingly pretty linen and the kitchen was spotless and well stocked. Thank you for a super memorable stay.

The house was very nice, clean and good location for a little more room needed. I enjoyed our time and had plenty of room for my husband and myself. Julie the host was super responsive and helpful. The book that was provided was extremely useful and instructions clear. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Super unique and fun Airbnb. Music lovers will be entertained for hours. Very clean house, comfortable beds, and responsive host.

Walter is a rockstar replier to messages. He is faster than anyone could ever expect. The backyard screened in area was very enjoyable. There is a slight smell that goes through the place from the basement, but upstairs it wasn't very apparent. The bathroom is nicely renovated, it has a shower curtain and a shower curtain over the window in the bathroom. The king size bed is very soft, and the smaller bed is very firm. All just things someone may want to know. Such a nice location and a great price!

This place was perfect for a bachelorette weekend!! Lots of space, lots of things to do at the house itself, and lots of helpful info from the hosts! Hosts even left us a bottle of prosecco upon arrival! Also, the hidden zip line in the backyard was not listed as an amenity but was such an added bonus:) such a great place to stay!!

Everything was great! Patrice's home was exactly what we were looking for. Our only regret is that it was December and we were not able to use the wonderful outdoor space. Thank you for opening your home to us!

What a wonderful place. Great place to take your dog. A lot of outside room. Also a great park across the river to walk your dog. Hosts checked in with us often to make sure we were ok. Highly recommend it.

Anmol was very attentive and responsive. Just a small problem with the cleaning service running behind, but that was not his fault. Also, we had 4 adults and a child on reservation and they left us 4 towels and 2 wash cloths. Other than that, was a decent stay.

Alex is very helpful and supportive. The house is very spacious, and worth every penny. I had some minor issues with one of the bathrooms, but it was fixed right away as Alex has sent the technicians in less than 2 hours. Also, if one thing that is special about Alex and his wife Maria is their generosity, something that you don’t find it easily in some hosts. I literally didn’t need to get any towel, paper towels, cleaning supplies and soaps. The house was very well equipped. The neighborhood is very safe, and there is a golf and tennis court nearby. I like the stay, I am looking to book again in Aug.

If we come back to Rockford, we would definitely stay at this location agian! So beautiful, relaxing, affordable wmin a great private location.

This was a very special family trip and our host made us feel very welcome. The house is absolutely beautiful and is in a very nice neighborhood. We are so glad that we chose this home for our trip. We were attending an event at the Midway Village in Rockford and this house was 4 minutes from the venue. Extremely convenient! It is also close to a very large number of stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Many thanks to our hosts! You helped make it a very special time!
