Studio as described, not very large but functional and well-equipped. Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow. Very well located in relation to Vieux Lille, you can do everything on foot. Paid parking to consider.

Lovely small ,clean and comfortable flat tucked in a small side street right beside de krook. Easy to walk into the centre of gent. Blinds gave us privacy in lounge,but don't open those windows overnight - it's seems to be when the lorries arrive to restock. Fine with the windows closed, open the bedroom door onto balcony for air.

It was a very nice stay with Marc. The apartment was very neat and well equipped with all necessities. The apartment is very centrally located, making the beach, as well as the shopping street, a few minutes' walk away. Marc was always available and responded very quickly. Definitely recommended for those who want to spend a few days in Nieuwpoort.

We had a one night stay in this apartment and were extremely happy with our stay. It is just as described, the place is spotless and in the centre of the city. You will be at the cathedral within about a 5 minute walk. Plenty of on street parking and use of a disc for free parking! Overall fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

The whole weekend was wonderful. The apartment was functional and at the same time comfortably furnished. the location is ideal. You can reach everything within a few minutes walking. The view is fantastic! Communication worked out wonderfully and smoothly. Always very friendly in contact and helpful. I am more than happy to recommend it

just back from a three nights stay, Stefaan is a very approachable person and can't do enough for you, he gives clear and concise information and nothing is too much trouble. The property is as described and extremely clean and tidy and sits in a residential and very peaceful area just outside Ypres and will take you 20 mins to walk to the centre and supermarkets are close by. Just down the road towards the centre is a steak house called De Kribbe which I would also recommend which opens Friday to Sunday. I would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The apartment is beautiful. It is a 15 minute easy walk from the train station and located off of the city square. The museums and other historical places were all in close proximity and the assortment of restaurants were all close. In the evening, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean and everything was at hand. Lovely place and I would highly recommend this place.

We LOVED our stay at Esteban and Joroen's. We had been attracted to the listing by the beautiful photos of the lush garden, the first floor outside decking , the bright interiors and the sense of peace and calm that was radiating out from the pictures. It was amazing to discover that it felt exactly like we had hoped and looked just as the photos but even more so. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting with everything we could need and more. We enjoyed three blissful days of cycling into Ghent on the provided bicycles, exploring the town and enjoying the food and drink options at the vast array of pavement cafe's and bars. In the evenings , after a stop at the nearby supermarket on our way back from town, we enjoyed the hot tub and then some drinks on the decking as we watched the sunset before preparing and eating dinner to the sounds of the wonderful assortment of vinyl that is on offer. In the mornings it was yoga in the lounge, surrounded by the plants, and then a cuppa on the deck

Great place, very spaceous and very nice. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, quiet bedrooms, good bathroom. Lorenzo was responsive and clear. One of the best Airbnb we've ever visited.

From the entrance, the atmosphere is set: soft lighting, elegant and sensual decoration, everything is designed to create an intimate and warm atmosphere. The room was very clean, well-equipped (jacuzzi, light games, ceiling speakers with special attention to small details The jacuzzi was a real plus, very clean and perfectly functional, ideal for relaxing for two. Sound insulation is good, you really feel like you're in a cocoon, far from everyday stress. A great choice for a couple, romantic or just to rekindle the flame. We will come back without hesitation! We felt very comfortable in Carina's apartment. The kitchen is high-quality and extensively equipped, so that nothing was left to be desired. There are also various games for all ages. We particularly liked the immediate proximity to the beach, the garden and the playground in front of the door. If you have any questions, Carina always got back to you promptly and was able to help! Ria is a very friendly host, super responsive and helpful. Her place is a great choice for people looking to reconnect with nature and slow down. The apartment has an outstanding design. My favourite was the bathroom. There are numerous walking and biking routes available, as well as nice restaurants in nearby towns. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant and functional accommodation, close to Lille. No metro nearby but a bus connects the neighborhood directly to Lille Flandre station. Very friendly and responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay very much! A quiet, cozy studio. It was also nice that there was a lot present, such as towels, shampoo, lots of cooking utensils etc.. so we didn't have to bring much ourselves.

The apartment is just as pictured! Basic equipment is available in the kitchen and basic equipment is also available in the bathrooms (hairdryer, straightening iron, soap, tampons, etc.). The garage is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, but we were able to park right in front of the house to load and unload the car. The garage is narrow, but still usable and very useful as there are only a few public parking spaces available. The ocean views are outstanding! Communication with Sara is friendly and fast
