Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wilmington

Had a nice 3 day weekend at the yurt with my girlfriend and dog. The yurt was nice and cozy. The skylight at the top was nice for looking at the sky at night. We cooked every meal there and found the kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The flow of the brook provides nice background noise for outdoor fires. Had a great time and it was a good basecamp for lots of activities in the area.

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

We enjoyed the backyard and kayaks immensely! Great yard for kids and pup to play in. Close to White Face, Lake Placid, and Ausable Chasm. Beds were very comfortable and so many thoughtful amenities. Jennifer was in contact with us to make the rental perfect! We hope to go back in the fall or winter in the future.

This was an excellent place to stay on Lake Champlain. The house was kid friendly, which was perfect for our three young kids. They felt right at home. It was an easy walk to the peaceful, quiet beach. We hope to come back again next summer!!

I never actually met or spoke to Micheal but I am sure he is very nice! But I did have communication with Elizabeth the property manager and she was amazing! Very fast response time and kept us up to date on anything we needed to know. VERY HELPFUL Highly recommend!!

Perfect location for Whiteface ski vacation (6 min drive). 15 mins to Lake Placid for shopping & eats. Super cute, high ceilings, cozy, comfortable beds. Great sleeping loft area overlooking downstairs. Impeccably clean without any strong cleaning smell (I’m sensitive). Will definitely stay again.

We stayed a couple days for our wedding weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and had a great view. It made the perfect location for our first look photos before we headed off to the ceremony. The host Jo was very responsive, made sure she or someone else was available if needed, provided recommendations for restaurants, and even left us the sweetest card and gift basket to congratulate us.

I wish I could give Deb and Doug 1000 stars! The apartment was amazing, truly a home away from home! The kitchen was STOCKED with everything you would need from a waffle maker, pans, to coffee/tea, to eggs! Deb even made us homemade gingerbread cookies which were DELICIOUS. Two out of the four days that we stayed, we actually made breakfast and ate in the dining room! And saw hummingbirds out of the window!! The living room was super cozy and we made great use of the electric fireplace (The weather was still in the 50s when we went). It also had a very comfy sofa bed which I slept on while my parents took the bedroom. They said their bed was super comfy too! There was even a noise machine in the bedroom along with some fans (they really thought of everything!). The apartment was also incredibly quiet and private. And we honestly didn't even pay much mind to the low ceilings. We're all around 5'7" and we had absolutely no issues! We cant wait to visit again, we will definitely be back!

a very nice and quiet place for me and my friends to relax! the river was sooo beautiful townake up to in the morning and we all made some s'mores by the campfire! right next to a nice restaurant and a Stewart's so we could even get everything we needed for the fire! would come back here again and thanks for letting us stay!

Great apartment - very easy to walk to local shops/nature/restaurants and driving distance to lots of awesome towns & trails. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The space is much larger than it looks in the photos, and it’s beautifully furnished with everything we needed—from comfortable furniture to a fully stocked kitchen. The location is also fantastic, just a short distance from the ski resort, making it super convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place in Jay, NY. The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area with a big green backyard—perfect for relaxing. It’s just a short drive to Lake Placid, the covered bridge, and Whiteface Mountain, with great breakfast spots only 5 minutes away. Brian was a responsive and welcoming host, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. This was a perfect base for exploring the Adirondacks, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

An amazing property that offers one of a kind views of the surrounding mountains all while sitting in a hot tub or laying on a couch. Great jump spot for hiking into the High Peaks Wilderness! Don is an amazing host and will exceed all expectations. We truly look forward to our next visit at the Ridgeline.

Such a cozy place to rest and enjoy the Adirondack forest. Just off the main road but still close to town. Efficient and comfortable with beautiful craftsmanship throughout. Combined with Betsy’s proactive communication it was the ideal spot for my stay. Highly recommended.

We loved our visit at the Peace Ridge Cabin! The cabin was cozy and peaceful, surrounding nice hiking trails and views of the mountains near by. The house offered amenities that made our stay exactly what we were looking for. Just a short drive to some nice restaurants and Lake Placid center made it convenient. We enjoyed getting to bring our dog who loved exploring the grounds! Jerry was polite and informative. He was even flexible when we needed to check in early! We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again!

Very clean space with welcoming charm and decor. Loved falling asleep listening to the river. Loved the hammock beside the river. Enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch listening to the river rushing by. The sauna was fantastic and easy to use. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to get around to all the surrounding towns. Lots of restaurant options. Great experience all around.

The cabin was just as described, kind of made us want to be there in the winter it was so cozy. Vaulted ceilings and windows allowed us to appreciate the surrounding beauty of the Adirondacks. It was the perfect distance from Plattsburgh to enjoy our daughter’s graduation.

We spent two nights during the shoulder season of fall/winter. I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely this place is for the price. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Their hospitality and property is not something to be missed! I will absolutely be back to enjoy the airbnb in different seasons! One thing to note is if you’re tall the shower and bed are a little tight. Not a big deal but worth a mention. 10/10 stay.

We had a great stay overall! The location is peaceful and remote—perfect for a quiet getaway in the Adirondacks. Just a heads-up: cell service is very limited in the area, so make sure to set your GPS directions before you arrive. The house itself was in good order and matched the listing—clutter-free and comfortable. While it could have used a deeper clean, it was tidy and functional and accurate to the listing. The beds were especially excellent—super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. Would recommend for anyone looking to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. The host Daniel is excellent and a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and proactive, and it's clear he takes pride in his AirBnB business.

Michael’s place is absolutely gorgeous. Although the weather wasn’t on our side, we still felt very cozy and at home. When we got a little break in the weather we went to some nearby hikes and views with our dog who loved every bit of it. Would highly recommend a stay here.

This truly is a home away from home! Cozy, comfortable , and peaceful . This cabin is nestled between all the various eateries and outdoor activities the Adirondacks have to offer, making it easy to get anywhere you want to go. Kelsey was a great host and provided above and beyond.
