One of the last few Direct Oceanfront beach cottages left in CB. Great for small families. Sit on the front porch and watch waves or a beautiful sun rise. This home was owned by the same family for 50 years! While the cottage is small, it offers an excellent beach retreat that is reminiscent of simpler times. Excellent beach and surf break in front of home which is only 100 yards from the Tiki bar! There is also a private beach directly in front of the house. A beach experience like no other!

Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream!

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table.
