Great location, friendly host, spacious house, great price!

Beautiful house near many west end beaches and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice gardens, observation tower, and pool! Hosts were friendly and helpful!

This was a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of a lovely public beach and has direct access to the ocean from a stairway that lowers from the house if you desire. The area is residential and quiet. As far as the dwelling, it is lovely and has all the amenities you could want. The house is spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The view from the balconies is spectacular and the sunsets were amazing. The a/c in the bedrooms worked perfectly and there were plenty of fans for the other rooms. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We were contacted by text shortly after landing and we met one of the hosts at the home when we arrived. The response via text was always immediate. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay for our Honeymoon at Kas di Rosa. Everything was as shown in the photos and description. The local hosts Sacha and Xander were very helpful with local recommendations and quick to respond to any queries we had. The property was well located in a quiet location, but still had several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The WiFi was high speed and worked reliably. We very much enjoyed sitting in the garden relaxing and going in the beautiful pool to cool off on a hot day.

We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in a peaceful place. A short drive from the tourist hotspots. So a car is needed, I would do anyway, there is plenty to see! What was very nice was that Araceli offered a car for a good price. We also used that. There was a defect in the house, action was taken immediately, super thank you for this. Questions will also be answered quickly. Thank you

this place is ideal. short stay and long stay. all furniture and apartment as new. the local host thinks along and is accommodating. i still have to go back to curaçou for work. then this place is ideal for longer periods of time as an intern or expat with small fair. And the authentic neighborhood is in the middle of real life!

The house was amazing! Loved the open layout. The back deck and area with sitting pool was adorable. We had more than enough space with five people. Property manager went above and behind getting a birthday cake and champagne for my friend’s birthday. Cake was from a local baker and was amazing. Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

Charlene is such an answered prayer. I came to Curacao alone to work on my dissertation but I had never been there before. She made sure that I felt safe and supported the whole month that I stayed at her apartment. She is such a motherly figure and the rest of her family is also very nice and welcoming. I quickly felt at home at her apartment. The apartment looks better in person. It does get hot in Curacao but as long as you open the door in the living room and the one in the bedroom the wind cools down the apartment. I did have a few minor issues (which is normal in a month's stay) but Charlene was apologetic and responded quickly to make sure that I was comfortable and happy in the apartment. THe neighborhood is very nice but Curacao does not have many sidewalks so sometimes it is safer to drive to your destination. Overall amazing stay and an amazing host! I cannot wait to visit Curacao again!

Very nice place and atmosphere, I like the privacy it provides and that the whole apartment is adequately air-conditioned, it is cozy and provides security, the host is always attentive to the needs and services necessary for the place, we recommend it without hesitation and we are grateful to have found this place and its host, very attentive and kind.

My partner and I stayed at Mandy's place for one month. It was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. Whenever we needed something extra, for example cleaning tools to clean the space, Many provided us with a vacuum cleaner and mop. Mandy also has 3 dogs that are friendly to those living in the compound. The surrounding of Mandy's estate was very peaceful with a nice view. The only thing that we found unpleasant were the rooster crowing at midnight and the neighbourhood dogs dogs barking. We would jokingly call it the the gathering of the dogs and their gossips. Its not something that is under Mandy's control, but if you are a light sleeper, I suggest you bring earplugs. Otherwise we had an excellent stay with at Mandy's place.

The condo is 30-40 min from the airport depending on traffic and has absolutely everything you need with awesome kitchen amenities, lots of towels, washer/dryer, shopping bags and kid’s pool toys. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver at night and the fans in the living room, kitchen & beautiful lanai were great to keep the rest of the place cool and keep out the bugs. There were almost no bugs at all and an odd mosquito. The beautiful view of the pool & the bay were what sold us on the place as there were very few places with water views that we could find. The pool and deck chairs were lovely and often no one using them. The living room was a little dark in the evening with limited lighting. The location is super quiet but the traffic was always backed up & slow on this south end of Willemstad when trying to get into town or to beaches. The roads weren’t built for the increased density of the southern area. The best grocery stores are in Willemstad (Magnusa & Esperamos)

I stayed for 7 weeks at Js Appartement while doing an Internship. The check-in and out is easy and flexible (after agreement). The apartment is exactly like it‘s written in the description. It‘s in a good, quit area with Supermarkets, small shops or restaurants nearby. The property has a fence, so I felt very safe. The only thing to criticize in my case is, when I got back home in the evening from work the shower was cold, because there is no boiler to keep the heat. In the daytime the shower was warm. The host is great! She is very friendly, welcoming and makes an effort to help you, if you have any questions. The communication is easy with quick responses. I definitely do recommend this place!!
