Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Thanks for the stay, even if it was only short. Close to the Danube for walks and accessible by tram. The studio has everything you need and more. I slept wonderfully and felt very comfortable. It's close to the street, but it didn't bother me.
