Our host, Antonio’s communication throughout was great. He made us feel right at home. Lovely Condo!

We had a wonderful 40th anniversary and this was the perfect place to relax, reflect and celebrate.

The unit was very clean, spacious, and felt like home. Location was perfect as the beach was within a minute of walking distance! Highly recommend and we’ll certainly be planning another stay next year!

We so enjoyed staying here. Such a walkable location with a lovely waterfront view. The interior aesthetic is terrific and all the amenities we needed were on hand. Sarah was also the most helpfully communicative host we’ve ever worked with. Looking forward to returning!

I highley recommend staying at 11 Delaware! My friends and I found it to be quite pleasant and just the right amount of space. The unit was clean on arrival and although I had some trouble getting in (not at fault of the listing, my own user error lol) the owner Jennifer Anne was amazing! She took my call right away and walked me through everything until I was inside and settled, I was very appreciative. Parking was easily accessible which was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall the space was perfect for what I needed it for. My only 2 notes would be that 1. The beach at the time we went was not suitable to swim as there were thousands of horseshoe crabs, I suppose it’s the season I was unaware. The owner/host is wonderful and if you need assistance I highkey recommend contacting her. The caretaker however I found to be a bit rude. A friend left their bag in the unit, and after paying close to $850 for a 2 night stay I had expected a bit of a kinder tone from her.

We loved staying at Steve and Louise's beautiful property. Watching the sun rise and set over the tidal wetlands was magical, and there were many amazing birds. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The interior had good natural light, which is unusual for a ground floor unit with a balcony over it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Steve was very nice, and made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything, and stopped by to chat a number of times. As listed, the indoor shower is small but the outdoor shower is much larger. I used the outdoor shower and the water pressure was great. It might be difficult for someone elderly or with mobility disabilities because it's a little hard to balance on the sloped slippery wood. The location is perfect - between Stone Harbor and Cape May Courthouse so it is convenient for necessities, but easy to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

This place was exactly as advertised. While it is small (like being on a cruise ship) it is laid out nicely. It was clean and comfortable for my overnight stay in OCNJ. Steve did a great job of communicating check in instructions up front and followed up with me in the days leading up to and the day of my visit. Checking in and out was a breeze and everything was within walking distance. Would rent here again.

Listing EXACTLY as described. Easy walk to water, safe and plenty of room!! Bikes were awesome to use! highly recommend. Host was extremely friendly and available. Will stay again, next time I come out to Cape May!

House was great and everything we expected. Rose responded very quickly and was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

I want yo take my time and thank Xavier and Julie alot , for their 5 ⭐️ hospitality. Me and my family we loved the place it is even better then in the pictures. When they say “ i am one phone call away “ that’s exactly how Xavier and Julie was, just one phone call away for whatever we needed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. House is super clean and they left alot of activities for us as family of 4 to enjoy our time together. From now on this is our go to place. Thank you again Xavier and Julie for sharing your home with us and for amazing memories we created. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. It was gorgeous property, with everything that we needed and more. The hosts instructions were very thorough and answered questions that I didn’t even know I had yet! They were proactive with their communication and touched base before we left for vacation and wished us safe travels. The views were breathtaking. The property was bright, clean and organized. We felt right at home. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer.

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

We loved everything about this house from the breathtaking views, open spacious layout, and well-stocked amenities. The biggest feature is the location and the view! Even during rainy days, we enjoyed so much of our time in the bay facing room ( completely unobstructed view!) watching the wildlife, ships, and bay activity. It was perfect for our small kids.

Host was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. Place was exactly how it was described. I loved the dock, great spot to do fishing and relaxing. It is a close drive or Uber to bars and Restaurants, north beach just as close. Highly recommend. Compared to a lot of places in the area, it is price well. Anytime I am planning to be back in the area I will chose here.

Nicks place was the perfect spot for my family’s weekend stay. The home had all the essentials and was very well kept. Recommend!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Eric & Lori were absolutely great hosts! Basically right on the boardwalk, a block from the beach, the view from upstairs is amazing!!! I would definitely come back again and again to this spot. Without a doubt! Thanks again guys!

This place was awesome. I highly recommend Patrick’s place in Wildwood Crest. Exactly as described and pictures. Everything was new and super clean. I actually didn’t mind having to bring our own bedding and towels, I might prefer this going forward when using Airbnb. Instructions were very easy to follow and Patrick was responsive to any questions I had. The place is perfect for two to four people. The kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils and necessities. The view from the balcony was picture perfect and we liked that it was right on the beach. We also liked that the bedroom was in the back and that you could not hear the outside noise from there. Patrick’s place is a true gem and will definitely stay here again in the future. Best place we have stayed at by far through Airbnb.

Anthony’s place was just as the pictures and description. Very cute place and very clean! There are two AC units that worked great and even three ceiling fans. We were very comfortable our whole stay. The location is just perfect! We were there three nights and didn’t use our car once. We ate all our meals out and walked everywhere! (Caught the tram once just right up the ramp to the boardwalk) He has every necessity you could need. We forgot a hair dryer and found that he even had that! He checked on us and responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you ,Anthony for sharing your adorable place!

Christine and Nathans condo was perfect for us four adults and one baby. It was located right next to the beach and the beach was viewable from the porch as shown in the pictures. We really loved having in unit laundry, all the kitchen utensils we’d need to cook an at home meal, and the newer mounted TV they added. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working but I mention that issue not to disparage them, but to commend them. In fact, they had a guy come out to fix the AC within 30 minutes of us telling them there was a problem. We went out to the beach for a bit, came back, and it was fixed. Christine and Nathan were communicative through the whole process and even offered a refund for the inconvenience without us asking. They truly cared about our stay and wanted it to be excellent. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go to them again for our beach needs!

A cute and cozy place that was about a block away from the OC boardwalk. It was a perfect space for me and my partner but might be a squeeze for a group larger than 2. Plenty of great places to eat both on and off the boardwalk! Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating to ensure we were able to enjoy our beach time as much as possible this trip. Had a wonderful time, highly recommend this place!
