The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. Room with bathroom - Be at home by the lake

Hello dear travelers, we live here in the middle of the forest, the lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria ! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy every day the feeling of being allowed to live in a very special place. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, since we are not connected to the public transport network, the nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
