On the way, the mountain panorama and the expanses of the surroundings are impressive. Our studios offer a retreat and a haven for a unique break in the middle of the enchanting Allgäu. There are a variety of lifts, cross-country trails and hiking trails in the Alps, 25 minutes away. Idyllic lakes and rivers with easy walking paths are minutes away.

Greetings and welcome to the energy village of Wildpoldsried in the beautiful Allgäu. Our newly renovated, modern 70 sqm attic apartment (room height mostly 2.10 m) has two bedrooms, a small bathroom with shower tub and washing machine as well as a new, well-equipped kitchen. The heart of the apartment is the large living/dining area, and the absolute highlight is the almost 40 square meter roof terrace with a grill. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a matter of course.

“Small but nice” - this applies perfectly to our new 32 sqm apartment. You will have everything you need in the apartment. You can sit back & relax. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If you need a washing machine, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My penthouse apartment with large rooftop terrace, quiet location and views over the rooftops of Kemptens is right in the center of our beautiful city. All important locations are within walking distance, in the mountains you are within 20 minutes by car. The Allgäu Forum shopping center is about a 5-10 minute walk. So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu, or discover the mountains sporty!

The rural location invites you to unwind & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreational areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc), spas and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom. We have a family atmosphere & we are always available for questions and suggestions! Not suitable for parties, bachelor parties, etc.!

In the heart of the Allgäus lies our lovingly furnished apartment in the attic of our residential building. In 2018, we created a quaint and cozy Allgäu parlor with a lot of love for detail. In a very quiet location, you can escape everyday life with us and still be at a superbly connected starting point to enjoy the Allgäu.

From our panoramic construction car in Hauptmannsgreut/Betzigau, you have a fantastic view of the entire Karwendel mountain range to the Allgäu foothills. Expanded and furnished with a lot of love for detail in 2018, it offers one to two people space for a slightly different holiday experience on 20 m².
