Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Amazing accommodation! Felt at home. Best place to stay as a family or group of friends. The host was super welcoming that they came for picking us up in the train station and drove us to the accommodation. Thoughtfully planned bubbles for children to play in the garden. Great kitchen if you love cooking. After a long time I found an AirBNB that has fully equipped kitchen. The host was super friendly in sharing suggestions and tips!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great place to visit the large ski resort of Wilder Kaiser Brixental from there. The cottage is more spacious than in the pictures, super clean and also the kitchen is equipped with lots of stuff to cook. Highly recommended !

We only had one night there on our way through. In the apartment, we were able to relax and sleep well in a pleasant, homely atmosphere. Thank you! I highly recommend it.

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. the terrace overlooking the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

I really enjoy the time in Michaela's apartment! The apartment is great and really leaves nothing to be desired. It is also super suitable for longer stays. The location with perfect access to Kufstein and Munich, the beautiful view of the mountains, the loving high-quality furnishings and of course Michaela's warmth make it a wonderful home away from home! The stay was fantastic all around! Check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible – just as you would like. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The place was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate – a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool – perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. Enjoyed a wonderful stay together with my girlfriend for winter sports. Quickly responsive host, accommodation offers all facilities, good location near the ski lift (walking distance - 10 minutes) is also a bus stop at 200 meters. If we go to Kirchberg again in the future, we will definitely stay here again!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in the Sky Apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
