Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Our apartment is located directly in the countryside. The center of Wiggensbach with local amenities, restaurants, a pizzeria and a café is within walking distance. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail 100 m from the apartment. The nearest ski resort Eschach is 10 minutes away by car. In summer, hikes and bike tours are possible directly from the apartment. The Herrenwieser Weiher with swimming area and sunbathing lawn is 4 km away. No smoking and no animals.
