Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), fortunately, much of the history is still intact; the high anteroom, the low old ties on the 1st floor (watch your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the big city fire in that century. A detached stone cottage with private garden and views of the scenic landscape of the Achterhoek. The living room is very bright and spacious due to the many windows. It also has a wood stove so you can warm yourself on cold evenings, by the stove and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden.
