Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Wien-Umgebung District

Mein Aufenthalt bei Michael war wunderbar. Wir haben uns versammelt und wollten grillen. Das Haus war sehr groß und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Hausmeister – er hat uns sogar beim Grillen geholfen. Wir hatten nicht genug Kohle, aber er hat uns Holz gebracht und uns damit gerettet. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Top ausgestattet und herzliche Gastgeber, die wirklich um Ihre Gäste bemüht sind! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Het verblijf was zoals verwacht. Iets verder van het centrum, maar daardoor heerlijk rustig en fijne omgeving en fijne woning met twee kleine kinderen. Alexander en zijn vrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en super attent. Absoluut een topappartament en topverblijf voor Wenen!

Een comfortabel huis, van alle gemakken voorzien op loopafstand van het centrum en van de Donau. Barbara was prettig in het contact.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Ezt a szállást csak ajánlani tudom. Makulátlanul tiszta,rendezett. Megvolt minden,amire szükségünk volt. A házigazda barátságos és segítőkész. Biztos,hogy még vissza fogunk jönni.

From the first moment we felt at home due to the very friendly and efficient way in which Katinka, the host, welcomed us. She helped carrying suit cases and gave lots of practical information about public transport, shops in the vicinity, all kind of details about the peculiar Vienna parking system, etc. She was always reachable via cell phone and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. She was genuinely interested in our experiences of the past day. The fact that Katinka also speaks fluently English was helpful. She is a perfect host. Also the cosy apartment made us feel at home with 4 separate spacious rooms in typical East European City style: spacious hall, large living/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows with traditional double glass windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the beautiful traditional apartment building, with its typical stairway hall. This made us forget that there was no elevator to the second floor where we lived. A place to return.

Alexandra muhteşem misafirperverliği ile bizi memnun etti. Kapıda karşıladı ve evin kapısını kendi açarak evi gösterdi. Bizim için yaptığı kek ise ince düşünülmüş bir detaydı. Ev U3, U6 metro hatlarına 10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi ve alışveriş imkanı fazlaydı. Her şey için teşekkür ederim Alexandra.

Die Lage im Wiener Wald ist wirklich traumhaft, der Spaziergang zum Annahof lohnt sich auch sehr! Christa & Christian waren super nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The place is very convenient. 5m from the trams and 10m from the trains. The place was very tidy and neat. Inside was cool even without an AC.

A lovely home base in Vienna! Great location - close to restaurants, trams, and shops. Great apartment - top floor, cozy for two people, very nice terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

Cosy appartment very close to stores and public transportation. Great option if you are looking to stay outside Vienna and travel there for visits.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

We loved staying in Jennifer's place! She met us and offered helpful tips in person from the beginning and was immediately responsive to all of our questions throughout. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The area is a great location, small grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to public transportation. We loved walking so much we walked to a lot of the major attractions from the apartment directly. Waking up early on a Sunday in Vienna in the apartment with the beautiful windows to watch the sunrise, and having so many of the busy streets to ourselves was magical! We will be back. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie gut Christine erreichbar war und wie zügig all unsere Themen beantwortet wurden. Der Self-Check-In war gut beschrieben, sodass das kein Problem war. Bezüglich der Lage hatten wir etwas Baulärm aus den umgebenden Häusern, aber das lässt sich natürlich auch vom Vermieter nicht verhindern. Die Lage ist ansonsten außerhalb, jedoch sehr gut an sowohl S-Bahn als auch Bus angebunden und daher prima für Städtetripps. Wir würden es gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Elisabeth. Gerade im Sommer ist diese Gegend Wiens mit Nähe zu diversesten Bademöglichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen!! In der Unterkunft war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Garten und die Hollywoodschaukel sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Everything was as described. Lots of space and everything in a great condition. Very near all the tourist places but calm neighbourhood.

Dieter ist wahrlich ein Superhost! Ich habe mich in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an hat alles gepasst. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken. Dieter und Gabi sind beide supernett, wir hatten einen lieben Plausch am Anfang. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und alles funktioniert bestens. Die Matratze ist bequem (nicht selbstverständlich!). Besonders der begehbare Kasten ist ein Plus. Am allerbesten hat mir die Fürsorge und das Vorausdenken, was der Gast brauchen und schätzen könnte, gefallen. Es sind die liebevollen Details wie Wanderkarten, Buntstifte, Erste Hilfe Kit, alle möglichen Teesorten etc, Kochgeschirr - kurz: viel mehr als die übliche spartanische Ausstattung mancher Airbnbs. Ich würde sofort wieder in Dieters Wohnung bleiben. Mein Aufenthalt dort war ausnehmend schön.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.
