We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

The accommodation was as expected. A little further from the center, but therefore wonderfully quiet and nice environment and nice house with two small children. Alexander and his wife were incredibly friendly and super attentive. Absolutely a top apartment and top accommodation for Vienna!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place for - especially for short parties: Super fast and uncomplicated contact, one hour after booking I was able to check in, everything was explained in person - I got 2 more blankets 😊 - The sauna was the highlight on the cold evening. And even though I was actually late for breakfast, I got another espresso. Absolutely recommended and VERY HAPPY TO COME BACK! Thank you!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

We had a great stay the location is unbelievable right at the center of everything! David was a great host and made sure our check in went smoothly. The unit has a washer/dryer which is super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Highly recommend!

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. Micheal is such a great man, he is responsive and very helpful. He has kept this apartment in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easy accessible by Train Stations/ Trams … just 2 minutes of walk from nearest Tram station. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Overall great place to stay! It was close to a lot of really great restaurants and was easily walkable to the city center where most of the site seeing is. The apartment is older and does not have AC, however, the fans did help a lot. It was a bit difficult to coordinate our travels around their small check in window and self check in would be more convenient if you are traveling from another city. Additionally, the pillows on the couch and bed were very worn and need to be updated. They did offer a lot of the essentials needed for our stay and the place was very spacious and clean.

Great location, great view, super stylish, everything you need for a short stay as a couple or small family. Everything is fine! Everything is wonderful!

David is a host second to none. He defies all established categories, be it "super-host," or whatever else you wish to come up with. He is proactive, yet not intrusive. He is engaged, yet very respectful of his guests' privacy. He is helpful, attentive, resourceful, and most definitely well prepared to assist his guests with every conceivable issue they might face, be it prior to arrival, check-in, stay, departure, and post departure. Case in point: As you can probably imagine, parking in any European city is at a premium. David's place is one of a select few that offers parking in a nearby underground facility (a 2 minute walk at the most). That in itself is already priceless! But for David, that's just not good enough. Seeing him sweet-talk a meter-maid into cutting me some slack while we moved my bags from my rental car to the apartment was priceless. The apartment is spacious, quiet, well appointed, and SQUEAKY CLEAN. I'd love to continue singing David's praises, but I'm out of ..

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Beautiful and quiet main floor apartment with garden! Eveline does her best to answer all questions. They thought of all the details to make our stay comfortable.

I've been using Airbnb for about 15 years on 3 continents, and I have to rate Simon's place as on of the top 2 that I've visited. The accommodation had it all - location, amenities and essentials (right from elevator to shower cap), and decor (professional). And, of course, although there were no issues during our stay, he was quick to communicate throughout the whole process. Bravo, Simon!

We will stay again for next visit and will recommend the place to our friends. Parked our car underground and took a public transportation system for 4days and it was a great choice. Thanks to Olga’s advice. Fresh air coming in with a sunrise and the sound of rain drops were extraordinary bonuses we received.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.
