Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

It was a great stay in a Vienna centre. Everything is at walkable distance, also very convenient trams. The apartment is great, big (one bedroom and big room) and clean. It was great and I hope to stay there again.

Fabulous apartment - great location for the sights - walkable to many and then public transport nearby if required. Jakob greeted us and very friendly. Contacted for the use of sofa bed and great response . Apartment was super clean and has everything one needs - plenty of crockery etc so not having to wash dishes all the time. They have thought of everything and it’s one of the best places we have booked using Airbnb . Had a great visit to Vienna - fabulous city and if/ when we return, would have no hesitation in booking apartment Franzl again.

Stunning apartment - pure Viennese style with huge living room and bedroom, parquet floors, high ceilings, large windows, beautifully furnished, loads of amenities. Annex to host’s apartment and completely private. One stop on UBahn from main railway. 4 stops on tram to centre. Loved it! Host is great!

Great location, very safe neighbourhood. Short and easy walk into the old section of Vienna. There is also a tram stop right outside the building. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Everything worked out great, the apartment is very good, has everything you need for a stay in Vienna. In addition the apartment is superbly located. We'll be happy to come again!

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook for yourself. The beds were comfortable, it had everything you needed, and even little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking on site. In short: an all-round successful overall package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We are family of 5 that happily stayed at Beni’s beautiful house. My kids love the hot tub, I love the sauna. Very comfy house. It’s walking distance to a restaurant with beautiful view especially the sunset. Highly Recommended!

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

We had a great stay. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood and Vienna is easy to reach by metro. Supermarkets nearby. The accommodation has all the comforts. 2 beautiful bedrooms with balcony. Extensive kitchen. Thank you Claudia.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Everything was great! Communication with Nadine absolutely impeccable. Very nice hostess. My people loved it! Furnishings, comfort....everything is there. Everything very nicely decorated and equipped. I just inquired again by phone from an employee: 'You can't live better' We'd love to come back.

The house was beautiful ,enough space for 8 people to stay comfortably . A little far from the city centre but a simple Wien transport card can solve that . Very responsive host who offered a lot of kitchen supplies and chocolates.❤️

Our stay at Miros' apartment was fantastic. The property is perfectly equipped – each room offers everything you need for everyday needs and beyond. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and small extras such as sparkling wine, sweets, coffee and tea made us very happy. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Miro and his son welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions. Despite the slightly longer distance to the center, the apartment is well connected to public transport, and the bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the great time!

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Modern apartment in a neighborhood well connected by public transport. Perfectly soundproofed and well-equipped.

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.
