We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.

Ground floor, unfortunately on a street. 5 minutes to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Supermarket etc. within walking distance. There is little water coming out of the shower. Kitchen has everything you need.

Comfortable unit right by the Hauptbahnhof. Quiet area though. I needed to change rooms though, and the host was responsive and helpful allowing me to change rooms easily.

Words are superfluous! If you're looking for your stay in Vienna, this home is the perfect place to stay! The accommodation is beautiful, warm, very clean, has enough equipment to take care of your everyday life, very comfortable and very quiet! It is located 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro in the city and is only 10 minutes away from the center! I will 100% come back to this stay and recommend it to any known person of mine!!

We stayed with 7 girls at Jochen's penthouse apartment. Check-in went smoothly. We were even able to leave our suitcases in the apartment in advance. The apartment is spacious and very modernly decorated. There is everything you need. The location is great. The water, a supermarket and the subway are a few minutes' walk away. Particularly noteworthy are the two large roof terraces of the penthouse apartment where you can have breakfast and dinner together. Communication with Jochen was also great. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the apartment. A Superhost in Vienna 🤩
