Condo vacation rentals in Wien

C’était un appartement merveilleux. Il est évident que l’hôte habite bien cette perle rare, et il clair que Patrick en prend bien soin. Nous avions l’impression qu’on nous avait prêté ce refuge au cœur de Vienne comme on le prête à ses amis. Le goût raffiné de notre hôte en art et en décoration donnent une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante à ce petit nid douillet rempli de vie, et également bien équipé.

The place is amazing and is as described. The fireplace and library definitely the highlight for me and most key locations are all walkable distance. For myself I like to make myself at home and cook and honestly you can tell the home is well looked after, the cook ware and cutlery all easy to find and whipped nice eggs benedicts and French toast for breakfast. I liked how they left enough material for an evening in. Really gave the place extra atmosphere. Cannot fault the flat and location. I was extremely satisfied with the place and the host. Everything was very straightforward from the get go.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie aus den Bildern und ist gut ausgestattet. Abgerundet wird das Gesamtpaket von den Gastgebern, die nett freundlich und schnell kommunizieren. Außerdem haben sie durch kleine Annehmlichkeiten (wie zb Schirme, Badeschlappen, viele Handtücher, Ladekabel) mehr als nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geschaffen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Unser 3-tägiger Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten sogar 2 Stunden früher in die Wohnung und mussten somit nicht viel Zeit totschlagen. Sasa hat sehr schnell geantwortet, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und stellte alles zur Verfügung, was man bei einem Srädtetrip gebrauchen kann. Die Anbindung war auch super, die Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und eine Buslinie hält direkt an der Straße. Außerdem gibt es einige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung. Wir würden uns definitiv wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden, sollten wir erneut nach Wien kommen. I had stayed at many air b n b’s over the years and Wilfred’s place is probably the nicest I have ever stayed. He is a very helpful and incredibly nice. His place is located in a perfect part of town. Close to many restaurants and public transportation is just a few minutes away. If going to Vienna I highly recommend this flat and if I go back I most certainly would book this again.

Eine schöne, gut eingerichtete Jugendstilwohnung an sehr gut erschlossener Lage (U-Bahn, 2 Tramlinien, Busstation in nächster Nähe), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für Kulturinteressierte die perfekte Unterkunft, da Volksoper, Staatsoper, Burgtheater und Museen in der Nähe. Das absolute Highlight: Theater in der Josefstadt in fünf Minuten erreichbar, das ein ganz tolles Programm bietet.

We had an excellent stay here! Perfect location, very walkable and easy access to public transportation, but just far enough away from the commotion that it is very peaceful and quiet at night. The furniture and particularly the bed were very comfortable. Well decorated and supplied, we felt right at home. The coffee arrangement was also fantastic! We loved it here and will be back!

We have been very happy to stay at that place. The hosts were very kind and helpful and provided great hospitality. We would highly recommend this place. 10/10

Regina’s apartment was a beautiful haven in Vienna. We stayed 2 nights and appreciated the stylish apartment which had all that we could ask for. We really enjoyed the air conditioning on a hot day, cooking in the well set up kitchen and a comfortable nights sleep! The apartment is an easy walk to all the local sites and public transport.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich … sie liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel mit vielen Geschäften, Cafés usw. Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, hat uns vor allem die ausgezeichnete Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gefallen. Egal wohin man möchte, es kommt immer eine Straßenbahn, ein Bus, ein Zug… Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Tarkan was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs. The apartment was clean and cozy, with great WiFi and good, quick access to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit via the metro. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Vienna.

WOW! Wir sind mehr als begeistert von der Wohnung gewesen! Haben die Wohnung für 5 Monate gemietet und uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Egal bei welchen Anliegen Sebastian & Januska waren immer für uns da und haben uns sofort weiter geholfen und unterstützt! Noch nie habe ich so tolle Vermieter wie die zwei kennenlernen dürfen. Ob Adventskalender an Weihnachten, aufblasbare Matratze für Besuch oder ein eigenes Booklet mit allen wichtigen Informationen, die zwei haben an alles gedacht! Danke für die tolle Zeit in Wien, jederzeit wieder!🫶🏽

Dieter ist wahrlich ein Superhost! Ich habe mich in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an hat alles gepasst. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken. Dieter und Gabi sind beide supernett, wir hatten einen lieben Plausch am Anfang. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und alles funktioniert bestens. Die Matratze ist bequem (nicht selbstverständlich!). Besonders der begehbare Kasten ist ein Plus. Am allerbesten hat mir die Fürsorge und das Vorausdenken, was der Gast brauchen und schätzen könnte, gefallen. Es sind die liebevollen Details wie Wanderkarten, Buntstifte, Erste Hilfe Kit, alle möglichen Teesorten etc, Kochgeschirr - kurz: viel mehr als die übliche spartanische Ausstattung mancher Airbnbs. Ich würde sofort wieder in Dieters Wohnung bleiben. Mein Aufenthalt dort war ausnehmend schön.

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Viena! Apartamento arejado, iluminado, silencioso, decoração extremamente agradável e funcional. Fica a 2 quadras de ponto de tram e três quadras de estação de metrô que conecta rapidamente aos proncipais pontos turísticos da cidade. Dois supermercados próximos e restaurantes nos arredores. Chuveiro muito bom!

Marion konaklamamız öncesinde tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Bizi sıcak karşıladı ve evle ilgili tüm detayları anlattı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi tertemiz ve rahattı. Ufak hediyeler de bırakılmıştı. Ayrıca çevredeki restoranlarla ilgili kendi önerilerini de paylaştı. Her şey çok güzeldi, Viyana’ya tekrar gelirsem bir daha konaklamak isterim.

Es war eine großartige Entscheidung, diese Behausung im 17. Stock zu nehmen! Ganz toller Blick, alles was man braucht, der Pool ist fantastisch! Die Anbindung zur U3 ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen! Even war super hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet! Wir waren begeistert, auch unsere 80-jährige Mama!

Even’s place was really comfortable for 4 people. Also we travelled with our dog, and the building is really dog friendly, there is a small garden on the 2nd floor that you can use. The view from the balcony was really nice. Also there is a parking log on a walking distance that you can leave your car for a very affordable price. It’s not close to center but everything is 15-20mins away by subway. We enjoyed our time and recommend it. Also Even was really responsible. Overall, good experience.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Ne-am simtit minunat! Gazde foarte primitoare, iar locatia este excelenta, fiind la 3-4 minite de gara, iar de acolo in 15 min am ajuns in Viena. Apartamentul are o gradina superba si este aproape de padure. Cel mai mare plus au fost cei doi huski superbi si iubitori. Cu siguranta as reveni!☺️

Alles war bestens – ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin für ihre Flexibilität und Spontanität! Sie hat uns sogar einen späten Check-In um 0:00 Uhr ermöglicht, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch ein späterer Check-Out wäre möglich gewesen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte wirklich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Bett war gemütlich, und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Im Gebäude selbst gibt es einen Billa sowie mehrere Restaurants, was extrem praktisch ist. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Der Infinity-Pool auf der 31. Etage war ein Highlight – leider konnten wir ihn wetterbedingt nur kurz nutzen. Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment im 12. Stock ist ebenfalls schön, trotz nähe zu Turm 3. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief jederzeit reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr praktisch gelegenes Appartment, die Wohnung ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend gelegen, Supermarkt, Drogerie und Restaurants liegen direkt um die Ecke. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist auch für Familien groß genug. Die Vermieter waren super nett.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Es war alles unkompliziert und es sind 2 sehr süße Hasen im Garten. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

The stay at Anna’s apartment was wonderful! She was an excellent host who communicated all the instructions very well and was so kind. Our 11 month old daughter had everything she needed here and we were so happy to be in a place that felt like a home :) The pool was a beautiful bonus with a breathtaking view of Vienna! We would love to come back again!
