Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

Ruppichteroth lies in the wooded hills of the Bergisches Land, near Siegburg / Bonn / Cologne. The idyllic landscape offers an incentive to linger relaxing and a variety of opportunities for sports activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kite flying, canoeing/kayaking on Bröl and Sieg in every season).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

NEU Sonntags bieten wir an: Late check out bis 15:00 Uhr. Schönes Appartment im skandinavischen Stil mitten im Naturpark Bergisches Land. Gut gelegen für Naturliebhaber und Wanderer. Es gibt drei Betten, ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich und ein Doppelbett auf der Empore. Nach einer Wanderung oder einem Tag in Köln (ca.35 Automin. entfernt) kann man hier entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen!

In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous hiking and biking opportunities or you can plan your next excursion in one of the nearby reservoirs. Cologne is also about 40 minutes by car.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Away from the big city, in a small village, our 2022 renovated apartment is located. The apartment is in the basement, yet with lots of windows and at ground level on the street. Room for maximum 4 persons is available. Whether as a vacationer or business trip, our apartment is the good alternative to the hotel. Comfort and yet privacy, with a private parking space for a car and a private terrace.

Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to about 74 square meters. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment offers, among other things, washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices, etc., TV, free Wi-Fi.
