we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! You'll love my place because of the central location to the town center, the water (Bodden 200 m, Baltic Sea 5 km) , the beautiful bike routes through the Darßwald to the beach, the idyllic places on the Darß, such as Ahrenshoop, Prerow, Born, the wonderful restaurants all around and the tranquility afterwards - in the in-house garden with barbecue area. My place is nice for couples and families. It offers both the opportunity to completely relax, but also for many activities.

The apartment "Hirsch Hansi" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the Baltic Sea with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus." For up to 4 people.

Vacation in an old captain's house: built over two hundred years ago, it goes right behind the typical Darßür to the freshly renovated apartment under the roof with wonderful views directly on the Bodden. The house is located on the Bliesenrade peninsula between Wieck & Born, away from the tourist hustle and yet close to the white sandy beaches and spa towns. On our farm you can sit in the beach chair and enjoy the view, row, swim, barbecue, – just enjoy.

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with modern charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. There are now 3 more apartments in the house for guests. From the simple, restrained cottage on 50 sqm, it is only a few meters to the natural beach. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house.
