This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.

The whimsical door and fireplace were truly delightful. The little home is so interestingly and beautifully appointed! It's a small house and the bedrooms share a thin wall so if you are listening for kiddos, that's helpful, and if you are looking for audio privacy... this isn't for you. LOL The wood... the clawfoot tub! The concrete counters, the hardwood floors.. such a wonderful space. Best of all- a memory foam mattress! We slept great. Thanks Elisa!

Excellent Airbnb! I would definitely stay again. It felt very homey. I loved the big backyard. We didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit but if I stay again I’m going to definitely use it! Really loved this Airbnb.

I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and this was the most comfortable one and we felt completely at home. It is a very rural feeling location but really just minutes from the grocery store, places to eat and the WSU campus. We had white tail deer visit plus quail and magpies. Erin, our host, had thought about pretty much everything one would need. I highly recommend staying here.

Erin was a pleasure to interact with and very communicative. Location was great, and a quick drive to campus or a number of local restaurants/shops. even though the hosts live in the upstairs space, we never heard them. Would gladly stay again.

I was travelling to Pullman WSU for the first time and was wondering where to stay. So glad to have found this marvelous place that made our trip so memorable. The place is very close to the university. The rooms are perfect for two people, and the full kitchen makes it easy to keep to dining routines. The neighborhood is quiet, and lilacs are in full bloom at this time of the year. Above all, Carolyn's notes were extremely helpful, and we will look forward to staying here on future trips.

On property is the most photographed barn in the Palouse! Outdoor seating/fire pit area! Highly recommend for location/convenience and privacy!
