Vacation rentals with a patio in Whitemarsh Township

The perfect place to stay while visiting Phoenixville. Will 100% be staying here again. Everything was clean and as described. Responsive and helpful host.

Omar was a great host. He was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and the heat in the building unfortunately happened to go out the day before we got there. Omar let me know that he had someone out trying to fix it that day, but it wasn't fixed and he left space heaters in the apartment for us in case it wasn't fixed before we got there. When we got there, we were able to check in early and Omar was there (with the HVAC guy) when we arrived. He even helped us with our bags up to the apartment. The heat was fixed later that day luckily and Omar checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure the heat was working and let us know he had more space heaters if we needed them. He also checked in to make sure everything else was ok and that we felt at home, which it was and did. The apartment itself was clean and as described. Would stay there again.

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. This was a really cute and comfortable place that has everything that you need for a few days in NW Philadelphia. It's on an extremely charming and peaceful street. Note that the location is perfect if you are eager or happy to stay in NW Philadelphia (near the Wissahickon Park, or the neighborhoods of Germantown, East Falls, Manayunk, Mt Airy, Chestnut Hill). If you are visiting Philadelphia for the first time you should realize that this house is not very close to the center of the city. You will need a car of a bike to get around if you stay here.

We love the place. My wife and I my son came and looked at it and said it was also an awesome part of history how they refurbished a barn from the 1800 into a beautiful meat looking a historic place to stay very comfortable very roomy everything you would want or need

This is a nice place for two people for a weekend or long weekend. Black out curtains in the bedroom and bathroom would have helped us sleep a little better.

This is my second time coming to stay at Ms. Chandra's place and as usual it was amazing. The place is always extremely clean and tidy I never have an issue. She always provides me with information about check in and check out. Which helps because then I don't have to go back to the listing and read check out instructions. Overall 100/10 experience and I'll be back again I guarantee it.

Chris was absolutely fantastic!! He was very responsive and visited twice during our stay! The house was very spacious and was perfect for our weekend stay in Philadelphia! The private patio and movie room were definite bonuses! Parking was always easy to find! I would definitely recommend renting from Wickham Realty! I will definitely be staying at one of his properties next time I am in the area!

We had a great stay at Marcella’s house. Very comfortable, nicely decorated town home in a great location. We traveled with our dog and baby and were all very happy there. The path along the canal is beautiful, with waterfalls and mosaic. Marcella was a great host and very accommodating.

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

Bi is a good host and answered communications quickly and clearly. Beds were comfortable. There were five of us and there only is one bathroom, but everyone was good about taking turns. The weather was cool and rainy, but had we had better weather we would have spent more time on the property, with its koi pond and outdoor kitchen, which looked very cool. We were there for a wedding and didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. All-in-all, our stay was a success. Thank you.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our week getaway. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the roof. An unforgettable rooftop experience! We enjoyed the evening skyline, thanks to our host's setup with comfortable seating and mood lighting. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided games for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable. I was impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. 5 Stars and WILL STAY AGAIN!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!

My group and I enjoyed Karena’s home. It was very clean and looked as described. There was more than enough space for a large group and plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. She was responsive upon arrival and very helpful. Plenty of street parking. Would book again.

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was exactly like the photos—actually, even more stunning in person. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. Great and very clean home modern look inside. Exactly as advertised. Bathroom was the highlight of the whole place.

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!
