Rozina was an amaing host; communicative, friendly and flexible. Check in was easy and the intior was clean and cozy yet Modern. The shower was really cool and snacks were provided. Unfortunately the location was awful. We were very disappointed. The Airbnb is a couple of feet from a major road and the road noise was extremely loud and heard clearly all night in the bedroom, which effected our sleep. We were also close to unsafe neighbors and unfinished roads/construction. The bed also creaked with any small movement. Overall our stay was pleasant but do not stay here if you are a light sleeper.

This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

Humble description for a truly luxurious house. The master bathroom is everything. The AC unit/ system is a dream. So quiet and wonderfully close to everything. Large fenced in backyard- appliances are all next level. It will be hard to go home!

What a beautiful little spot of heaven at the end of the long driveway nicely tucked back with orioles, bunnies and even two kitties running around outside, inside is the so quaint and comfy and clean. The view out the windows gave peace and the fireflies at night were so cool. Stanley went above and beyond to be accommodating on our trip and his place is top notch. 10/10 would stay again

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

Jennifer’s Airbnb was great, very clean, quiet, private, and convenient to transit. The parking spot was a huge convenience. Jennifer was easy to communicate with when questions arose. All around good experience. :)

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

Lily's place was immaculate and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment is in a quiet part of Arlington and very walkable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

Me and my family went for our daughter UMD Graduation and this location was amazing. Just 15 minutes away. Hardly any traffic getting there with multiple ways in and out. The house was PERFECT, in the sense that had everything we needed and more. Super spacious and great neighborhood. This was my first interaction renting a property for 8 days and the entire process was flawless. If I ever need to comeback to the DC area, I will most definitely reach out again to DaJuan. What a beautiful house! We’ve stayed at several Air BNBs in this area over the last few years - this one is absolutely one of the best! We will definitely be back! The house is easy to find, updated with nice finishes and very comfortable! One bed and bath (with tub) downstairs, and two more bedrooms and primary bath upstairs. Cute little deck off the kitchen was great for morning coffee, and it opened to a nice private backyard. The hosts were very responsive, proactive and helpful. It was a great weekend and we look forward to coming back soon!

Kyle’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our dog. It was really nice to be able to have her off leash in the fenced yard! We planned to take the Glenmont Metro into DC and that worked out well. Definitely walkable! The house had everything we needed and we’d stay again.

My family and I absolutely loved the cottage in on the hill! It was just the right amount of space for everyone. Ed’s welcome book had everything we needed to know about the house. I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay again.

Olofs suite is a peaceful cozy space providing all the necessities. My family felt very relaxed and enjoyed deep sleep before each adventure. The area is beautiful with parks and creeks, and quick access to yummy cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. This space is also a peaceful walk to the metro, perfect for commuters. My wife and I were in town for a weekend music festival nearby. Alex's place was perfect for us. It's private, well kept, and has updated appliances. The only recommendations I could make would be a TV in the master bedroom and increased water pressure in the shower. When I saw that the host lived in the same building, I was a little worried, but we never heard or saw Alex in the 3 days we stayed with him. I would absolutely book this property again if I'm ever back in town. It was the perfect little retreat for our trip to Columbia. Thank you so much for the hospitality! (if you're headed to Columbia to see a show at the Merriweather Post Pavilion, this place is about 15 minutes away and is perfect for a few people to share)
