House vacation rentals in White Lake

We stayed at Oak View during the first week of June 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We spent most days relaxing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and even sneaking in a few naps. It was the perfect escape for a restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Lauren and Ryan's House was great! A perfect home for our family of four. The train themed bunk beds, darts and shuffleboard, fireplaces, and record player, were all hits. Lauren quickly responded to a few of our questions and made it clear that our comfort was her top priority. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, cozy and safe place by a lake, I highly recommend the Green Light Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

The hosts was checking on us &if we were enjoying the house throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We loved this Airbnb. It was beautiful there and Michael was quick to answer any questions. We did manage to get on the water with the kayaks, so that was great. We will definitely be back.

Loved our stay here! Was a little nervous since it's such a new listing but since they had another listing with great reviews we decided to give it a try and so glad we did! The place was beautiful and wonderfully decorated with everything we needed for a nice stay. Really peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. We took advantage of the proximity to Bethel Woods and enjoyed a show on the first night. Super easy to go to the venue and would highly recommend staying here if catching a show there! This place is also close to some really cute towns and we enjoyed the recommendations provided by our host. We had such a great long weekend here and our 5 year old loved having adventures in the backyard. We hope to be back soon!

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Yanna’s home was lovely the perfect place for a weekend retreat just outside the city! The home was tidy, had a fully stocked kitchen, and boasted gorgeous views of swan lake right from the backyard deck! 10/10 recommend for those who enjoy kayaking given the accessibility right from the backyard!

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

Lovely home, beautifully and creatively furnished. Lovely deck, very peaceful environment. Dana was a very prompt and thorough communicator, very responsive to any questions or requests.

Two-family get-together over a holiday weekend; one from Boston, the other Baltimore, meeting in the middle. Tyson was a terrific host. The property was lovely and exactly as expected. Everyone had a great time. Success all around!

I've been traveling a ton for work and wanted a tranquil place on the lake for my kids (age 17 and 8) and I to relax and play games together. We enjoyed this home immensely. We cooked together, played in the snow, and locked into the most epic game of Monopoly ever. They are already asking when we can go back. 10/10 I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Avtar’s and Sam’s place. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for things nearby. The home is extremely well decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for (hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to lounge and hang out). Perfect for our extended upstate vacation!

Great spot to get away and decompress for a weekend. Loved that it was dog friendly and my pup had a great time hanging out with us outside stress free because the property is at the end of the road. Hot tub was great in the evening after a hike and it was an easy walk into the town to get breakfast at the local bakery!

Hunter House is a great place to stay! Loved that we all had our own bedroom and my husband and I had our own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was great! We ate almost every meal at the house. The game room was lots of fun as well as all the games there were to play. We especially liked the hot tub! Loved all the hunter house details - blankets, cups, etc. Host was super responsive and helpful!

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

We had an incredible stay at this charming cabin in the woods! The location is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. Nestled in the serene woods of Bethel, it offers a peaceful and private retreat while still being close to local attractions. The cabin was cozy, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending time by the fireplace at night and waking up to the sound of birds in the morning. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing getaway!

My family and I had a great time! We loved all the natural sunlight that came into the home, the outdoor space, and the firepit by moonlight. Notes worth mentioning: bunk beds are in a very small room, but still comfy. And if you happen to be traveling with a dog, be mindful of ticks out by the grass. Check your pup regularly.

One of the cooler homes we’ve stayed in through Airbnb. Rob’s home was immaculate and well-appointed; the location couldn’t be better. We slept with the windows and doors open, utilizing the phantom screens, to listen to the gentle rolling falls outside. Incredible!
