Our home is less than a minutes walk to the beach, has good sea views from the upstairs open plan kitchen, dining & living areas. An all day sunny deck with BBQ, outdoor dining & lounger, the King master bedroom & ensuite is on this level. Downstairs has 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom, seperate toilet & laundry. Downstairs patio has a spa pool, barrel leaner & chairs. There’s plenty of parking on site. 2026 our Home is available for a 2 month booking (Jan/Feb) pending approval, feel free to enquire.

Recently fully renovated throughout , including new kitchen & appliances , new bathroom, carpet , vinyl, & double glazing . The large master bedroom opens out to the fully fenced garden & cobbled courtyard. The second bedroom has a double bed & built in wardrobe. Open dining, lounge & deck area, its all here to watch the waves, cook the bbq & enjoythe sunsets.

With sweeping ocean vistas including Whaakari (White Island), Whale Island and beyond, you will struggle to even enter the home to peel yourself away from the captivating view. But upon entering you are never far from these views, the open plan living and several bedroom spaces look out to an ever changing ocean scape.

House is extremely sunny and warm on a sheltered section, in a quiet, no exit street. Your room is down 1 side of the house with separate entrance, & is hotel studio size with ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities, bar fridge, toaster, microwave.. Opens to own private patio with table & chairs, & BBQ. Also beachfront table for guest use.

Activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, yachting, kayaking, golfing... or just chilling out. 5 minute walk to cafe and boutique shops including an art/craft gallery. 10 minutes drive to Whakatane. An amazing coastal walkway very close.

This really stunning holiday home is a brand new 2 bedroom bach right across the road from Ohope Beach. Also available is a Kiwiana type caravan with a double bed which sleeps 2 adults and 2 narrow single beds for 2 small children. Please note the house sleeps 4 the extra sleeping accommodation is in the caravan. You will need your own linen if you wish to use this.
