The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. Conveniently located btw Cadillac and Traverse City and close to the Manistee River and forest. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Very comfortable cabin with everything you need, includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave and cook plate and all the utensils, dishes, and silverware. The bathhouse is large with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. It has electricity, hot water with a locking door for privacy. It is only steps away from the cabin. Highly recommended for a unique, quiet get away.

Open and spacious, family-friendly house on the south side of Lake Mitchell has private frontage and a shallow, sandy bottom, perfect for all ages. Fenced yard, fire pit, and beach area are Lakeside, and a huge "back" yard is perfect for lawn games. Snowmobile trails, skiing, and public land are all nearby. A 4k TV with cable and streaming is provided. Summer rentals are 7 days, Fri-Fri. We stay Fri-Sun+, and plan to open Mon-Thurs rentals. Feel free to inquire about mid-week rentals.

The left half of this house is totally separated from the right half. The private front entrance are for those who choose to stay in this quiet natural area. While secluded 550 feet off a paved county road, it is within 5 miles to downtown Cadillac, within 20 miles to 7 golf courses, and 60 minutes to Lake Michigan. Many activities in the area to enjoy or stay at the house and enjoy time on the front porch, around the fire pit, or walking on 1 1/2 miles of trails in the private 80 acres.
