The house is exclusively and individually available to each group. We live in the separate main house and guarantee discretion with helpfulness. Bad Salzhausen is centrally located and easily accessible by car and train.

Modernly renovated and fully equipped, all you have to do is place your clothes in the cupboard.

Koans Kuhstall consists of the first floor of the former stables and an extension. It is part of a complex of farm buildings dating back to 1610 and is located in a small, peaceful village with direct access to hiking and cycling paths. We have tried to create a cosy and comfortable space for you - ideal for families, couples or simply someone looking for some peace and quiet. Since we live next door, we are always at hand should you need anything.

In our historic farmhouse in Friedrichsdorf, we have a beautiful two-room apartment with about 50 square meters for guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in the living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed with two beds and a large bathroom with natural light with a double sink and large shower. There is also a private terrace with seating.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
