Guest suite "Landpartie" in the countryside

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! We invite you to relax and enjoy & are always happy to help on site.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

New 80 m² apartment for up to 4 people in Gundheim/Rheinhessen. Two bedrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, as well as an accessible daylight bathroom. Washing machine and laundry rack. Floors made of high-quality parquet, as well as granite slabs. Two flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi. In the Mediterranean garden there is a covered outdoor seating area, as well as covered, lockable bicycle parking (incl. electric charging station).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on the outskirts of town. You have separate access to the apartment. The partial area of the garden with covered terrace is exclusively available to you. The Barbarossa cycle path is very close. 4 km away begins the German Wine Route, the Nibelung city of Worms is only 12 km away. Various opportunities to taste the Rhinehessian and Palatinate wines pleasantly round off your vacation days.

The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Lovingly furnished old town apartment

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.
