What guests are saying:“Hiker's cabin in a large garden with all amenities at hand: coffee, tea, sanitary facilities and even an electric heater for the cold evenings. There is a supermarket in the area plus all the sights of IJlst and the province of Friesland. Bolsward is nearby, Sneek, Heeg and Oudega (water sports area). Also a great base for walks and bike rides through the fields.”
Aan het water gelegen met veel privacy. De woning is rietgedekt en heeft daardoor een warme uitstraling wat goed past bij de omgeving. De zon draait om het huis, hierdoor kun je de hele dag van de zon genieten. Koeien lopen in de zomer soms langs het huis richting hun wei. In het voorjaar staan de jonge kalfjes zelfs vaak naast de woning. Update: De picknicktafel aan de waterzijde is in de tussentijd vervangen door een lounge set. Ook is er in de gehele woning vloerverwarming aangelegd.

The upper floor is 1 room with a double bed and 2 single beds, which is good to know in advance. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. In the area there is plenty to do, walk, cycle, visit towns such as Workum. All in all a very pleasant place where life is good.”
