We had the best time at Robby and Joe's place!! Before we arrived, they reached out to make sure we find everything ok and they were so sweet. Their place was exactly as described and we felt at home right away. The location is perfect!! Super comfortable beds and they had a very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. From beach chairs over Kajaks to umbrellas, they have everything!! The outdoor space is a dream, we watched the sunset every evening. A magical stay! Will definitely be back soon!!

James is an exceptional host. He was in constant communication with us- before, during and at the end of our stay. He even offered to come over to show us how to best use the place and to build a beach fire. The beach house itself is very well appointed and maintained, and James helpfully labeled everything- switches, drawers, etc. We especially loved hearing the sound of the waves from the comfortable recliners. All in all , a great place to stay. We hope to return next year.

Brandon and her husband were amazing. Their place is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Very relaxing, intimate, and classic Montauk experience. We had a great time and the visitor guide and suggestions were perfect. We hope to go back soon!

Victor and Kim were gracious and amazing hosts. I was celebrating my birthday and they even had a card, a bottle of champagne, red wine and fruit. It was such a wonderful surprise! The house was so beautiful and the beach is just outside! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook for a family; there was a convection oven! We loved using the grill as it was memorial day. Bathrooms had rain showers. Beds were so comfortable and it was truly wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and to just listen to the waves from the deck or even the living room. We spent a lot of time outside, on the beach. It was home away from home.

Michelle was extremely responsive and flexible with us throughout the process. The stay was perfect for our five person group and we all loved the decorations and interior design. Plenty of towels and a good number of blankets. Pull out couch bed was comfortable. The fire pit was functional and very pretty. Kitchen had a coffee, plates, cups, utensils. There was also a vacuum which was very helpful with the inevitable sand that would come in after a beach trip. We felt we had everything needed for a fun and enjoyable stay! Neighbors were friendly as well and the beach was nice and private.

From the inviting, open-concept design that feels both spacious and cozy, to the serene outdoor retreat surrounded by lush greenery, every corner of this property is a slice of paradise. The views of the bay and sunsets truly take your breath away, making each moment feel magical. Petra is the ultimate host—gracious, thoughtful, and always quick to respond with helpful communication. She ensured our family’s stay was nothing short of perfect. This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to, and we’ll be counting down the days until we can experience this peaceful haven again!

Great weekend on the North Shore of LI. My husband and I came for a wedding in the area and we were so happy we stayed at the cottage. The beach is so close we walked over and everything we needed was right there. We even enjoyed some wine and cheese on the outside porch before we walked to dinner at Legends. Would definitely recommend and hope we can get back to the cottage again.

We loved staying at Great Gull. The house easily housed our family of 5 with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. The home is clean and well stocked with kitchen basics (including coffee and spices) for cooking and the bathrooms included toiletries. Convenient access to the beach - we loved hanging out in the private back yard and patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

The house was such a wonderful place for our family vacation. The house, property, and views of the Sound are truly spectacular! Alexandra was a warm, available, and gracious host. The pool and beach were perfect. The master bedroom and terrace are exceptional. This was a perfect vacation. Thank you!!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

The cottage was beautiful and the location is hard to beat. I believe some of the posted photos were for the other cottages next door, but our cottage was still very nice.

My husband and I had a family filled weekend for our wedding followed by a mini-moon. We enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely be booking again!

This place was divine. We came for a week with our two kids (4&6) and had the easiest most laid back time. We kayaked, walked to the beach, the kids played constantly around the house as it’s right on the water but the yard is fenced off. It was so good you guys 10/10 would book again. And Jeff was the best host. So quick to respond, provide options etc. He rocks.

Eglantine’s place was an absolute DREAM! The pictures do not do it justice, it is much bigger than expected! It really feels like you are on your own private beach. It is so private and calm and peaceful. Both indoor and outdoors are absolute perfection and no matter where you sit, it’s the best seat in the house. Eglantine is also extremely friendly and always responsive. We most certainly would recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway and would love to book again sometime soon!!

We had a great time at the house. Grill was brand new and Anthony made sure it got set up right away and the propane connected. Beautiful property and location was perfect for wineries and town. Really appreciated the stay and would love to return. Anthony communicated every step of the way and answered all questions which didn’t go unnoticed.

We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary so we wanted to treat ourselves to a stay at a beach house and this choice did not disappoint. Our stay was amazing; all the stress melted away the second we walked in this home. The view was spectacular and I really wished I could have taken the view from the huge kitchen window home with me. Owners were very quick to respond to any of our questions. Water was very refreshing, not freezing cold like back home in MA. Bistro Mediterranean & Tapas Bar in East Haven was a hidden jewel. We went there several times because there were so many yummy choices (and the prices were very reasonable). There is a small airport nearby so it was really cool watching the planes glide over the house. It was very hard to leave our home away from home and we will definitely be renting again in the near future.

The stay was absolutely perfect! Gabrielle was responsive, kind and clear in her communications. The space was accurately described and had a very warm and cozy feeling inside and outside. The deck on the bay was an amazing bonus. A fabulous way to begin and end the day with sunrise and sunset. I hope to be able to return one more time this season and absolutely for next!

Great little house. Very well stocked and very clean. High quality all around! Little beach area is very rocky so not for lounging but a great launch point for small boats. Water in the area is very calm. Neighborhood is very quiet and cute with lots of amenities.
