“Great little house in the heart of Westfield. Minutes from Main St. area with restaurants and shops...don’t miss out on Portage Pies! It is walkable too if that’s something you’re looking for. Also nearby are wineries and breweries. We really like the wines at Johnson Estates and 21 Brix. We’ve stayed here several times and always look forward to our return visits.”
Location, location, location. 1 block from the village center. Walk to church, park, library, pubs, restaurants and shops. Fully equipped kitchen. Just about every gadget you could need as well as a Weber outdoor gas grill.
“Betsy's home was perfect and EXCEEDED our expectations. There is plenty of space and the location is very convenient. It was so nice to have a fenced in yard, wish we could have enjoyed the outdoors more but the weather was cold and our visit was short. I would definitely recommend Betsy's place to anyone!!! We loved it!!”
If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway this is the place. The lodge is located in the middle of the Chautauqua Lake Erie Wine Trail with 12 wineries within 10 miles of the cottage. It is furnished with antiques with a nautical theme and located 1/2 mile from the Westfield thruway exit adjacent to small woods and a path that leads to Chautauqua Creek. The beach is a 5 minute walk straight down Main Street. The property is 1 square acre with ample parking just steps from the front door.
“Its very hard to do this place justice with a written review. The location is so convenient to so many different attractions in the area. Its minutes from the main drag in Westfield, as well as a few different wineries. The hike back to the creek is a must see, as is the public beach on Lake Erie. While we were there we also went out to Chautauqua Gorge which is only 20 minutes away. Be sure to take advantage of the fire pits and grill outside. We really couldnt have been happier with the lodge and the scenery around it!”
