You’ll love it because of the unusual architecture, private bed/bath suite with 1 queen bed on the second floor. Guests are welcome in the whole house and yard (pool, hammock, and garden - weeding welcome). Friendly host, knowledgeable about the area.

The bed was immensely comfortable and cozy (we were there in winter) and the space was so private it felt like we were in our own little apartment. Impeccably clean and aesthetic, the stay was truly a bargain. This is everything a guest could ask for and more. Martha offered so many guidebooks and local tips, and we enjoyed the area so much. She understood that it’s really the little things that count, and we appreciated these touches so much. We cannot wait to visit again soon!”

Enjoy a remodeled third floor studio in a historic 1873 Springfield home. Queen size bed, large shower, sink, mini refrigerator, and private front entrance. There is a spacious TV room with a fold down couch option. Close to downtown Springfield, the MGM Casino, concerts, Basket Ball Hall of Fame and the Dr. Seuss museum with easy access to highways. This is a Studio on the 3rd floor so be aware of vaulted ceilings as in the pictures. This is a unique space for relaxing. See you soon!
What guests are saying:“Melissa’s place is outstanding. And i had a wonderful experience. What i appreciate the most was her quick response to our arrival and her quality service. We stayed on the third floor, that leads into an open but shorter ceiling living rooms . (we’re 5’3 & below) There was a lamented paper for extra tips and helpful information. The couch also turned out into a futon and there was access to the tv. The bedroom had a small kitchenette which was adorable. The space was super duper clean and she even provided coffee, breakfast, snacks and complimentary refreshers. There was extras of everything needed, pillows, blankets, toiletries, towels. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. This is definitely my favorite stay in Springfield and i will definitely be back again❤️”
