Large sheltered garden, with spacious terrace at the chalet. Elevated plateau in the forest wall, overlooking the nature. There are many biking, hiking and mtb routes in the area.

Welcome to our dream house! It is located on the edge of a quiet park close to the Drents Friese Woud, which has not yet been discovered by many tourists. It is a wonderful cycling and walking area with forests, heathland and sand drifts. The Aekingermeer is a beautiful swimming lake with clear water, tranquility and few bathers. A luxurious sauna is within walking distance. From the dining table you have a fantastic view over the meadows to the Drents Friese Woud. Sheet set + towel: 7.50 p.p.

Lovely holiday house for rent in beautiful part of NL. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom plus bunk bed, 1 room with sofa bed and bunk bed. Gas fire, floor heating, wooden verandah. Dishwasher, oven, 6-pits stove. Shower and WC. Nature all around. Garden completely fenced off, good for kids and dogs! Our home is fantastic for young families, or a sporty little group of friends. Note, it is also home to our own lovely dog and other dogs are also welcome. We cannot allow cats though......

Cottage on the Hei

Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on a large hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no crowds. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you must drive a short kilometer on a sandy road. This road is not accessible to traffic. Much quieter you won't get it in the Netherlands!

This lovely cozy cottage is located in a beautiful location in the outskirts of the Frisian Noordwolde, where there are many birds. Fully furnished, with a cozy pellet stove and a wood stove, this is really a place to relax and unwind! The cottage has its own garden and borders a forest, where you can take a nice walk and in the vicinity there are many more hiking areas. You can also walk from the cottage to a nice swimming pool in about 20 minutes.
