“I would highly recommend Chloe's place to a couple or family. There were two of us initially, but a friend joined for a couple of nights and there was plenty of room for us all! The facilities are super clean and modern, and the location is slightly off the beaten track and ideal for those that, like us, don't mind renting a car and exploring. We cooked a few meals in the excellent apartment kitchen which boasted great crockery and utensils, as well as other basics such as olive oil and seasonings. The patio area was private and surrounded by lovely gardens, with a stunning, quiet beach a short walk away. Perfect if you're looking to avoid the busier, resort-like side to Skala which is only a very short drive away. We spent lots of time in Skala and further afield, but were glad of the couple of days spent solely at the apartment, enjoying the little beach and the seclusion of it all. Definitely a very characterful oasis of calm away from the predictability of ordinary hotels! Chloe was incredibly helpful, collecting us from the centre of Skala when we first arrived (before our car rental began) and volunteering lots of advice on the local area, including restaurants, reputable taxi companies and car hire offices. We really couldn't have wished for more and weren't surprised in the slightest to learn that Chloe's place is booked up virtually all the time.”

“For our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 & 5 years) the accommodation of Ivana & Dionisis was just perfect! We have traveled a lot, but the warmth of Ivana and the cleanliness of the accommodation are simply remarkable. Ivana has always taken a lot of time for us and had some helpful tips for our time on the island. The accommodation is in top condition and the whole team makes sure it stays that way. The cleanliness of the accommodation is simply not to be exceeded! The location of the property has been ideal for exploring the northern part of the island. Many great bays and beaches can be reached in a short time by rental car. The Makris Gialos beach can be reached even without problems in a few minutes walk. Although the accommodation is right on a street, but this has never really bothered us at any time. An absolute highlight is the tavern of Ivana & Dionisis. It is right next to the property and if required, orders are even delivered to the apartment. We ate there several times and were never disappointed. After 2 weeks vacation on Zakynthos we can even claim to have got the best dishes there. For us it was a great stay and we can recommend the property without hesitation.”
