Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

We just came home from our long weekend in Mystic and Anthony’s place was a great find. We comfortably fit myself, my husband, and my 2 year old with ample space. The house was walking to distance to many amenities including downtown Mystic which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend Anthony’s place to anyone else traveling to Mystic!

I had a great stay at Jennifer’s place in PVD! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. It was super easy to access and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect—close to some really fun spots, great restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this place is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

Brandon was a wonderful host and his place was great! He frequently checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was okay. The treats and wine on the counter were such a nice touch. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Eli’s place is a peaceful haven to rest and recharge. My kids weee coming straight from their finals and really needed that time of serenity to recharge before heading back to their busy summer internships. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views with a cup of coffee was healing to the soul. Eli was a wonderful host, very kind and super helpful. He even left a gift card for a local coffee place so that we would know which beach to access with a cup of coffee in hand. My only suggestion for improvement was to add blackout curtains in the bedrooms for days you want to sleep in or go back to bed after watching the sunrise. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you Eli for a wonderful and memorable stay!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever been to! We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from URI and I only wish I stayed here before her four years in Rhode Island were over. Hoping to find another reason to be in this area so I can return to this beautiful home.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The house is beautiful, very well kitted out and thoughtfully presented. The location is tranquil and restful. Ann is the perfect host. We love it here. X

The house was very clean, with a beautiful, large, well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and it was wonderful hanging out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The house would be a little more practical if one of the bedrooms had two beds, so more people could sleep in the actual bedrooms. The pull out beds were not as comfortable and the bed in the loft is only accessible with a ladder. However, for a small group or people who aren’t picky about their sleeping arrangements it is a fantastic place to stay. You can’t beat the view and proximity to the water!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

This rental looked exactly like the pictures. The wine and bags of ice were very nice touches. The only thing that could have been better were some extra linens/towels. We stayed for 2 nights but we used this as a bridal suite while getting ready and ran out of towels quickly. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer for towels. It looks like they are slowly doing some updates so I’m sure it will look even more amazing when we come back. Can’t wait! Loved your home away from home.

This place really was a zen oasis, as described. It was peaceful, quiet and clean. The waterfront views were amazing. The space is clean and cozy and exactly as advertised. The porch overlooking the water was such a a relaxing place to chill out. Medhi was an amazing host even offering us complimentary early check in and late check out. I can't say enough great things about this stay and we will be back soon.

Pelham Court was a great stay. Great communication for checking in and checking out as well as during our stay. Very clean! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to all the restaurants and the shops. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had staying at Barton's and Suzanne's place. First, Barron responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant, easy and that you're well informed on local sweet spots and activities. He was a pleasure to talk to, as always. When you arrive, you'll first smile at the curated way it is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. But, then you'll start to notice the special touches left to make you feel well taken care of. There was a basket of snacks, and water and soda in the refrigerator with a kind note saying to please help your self. Such a special appreciated touch to the make you feel welcome. The location is a few doors down from the Thames St. and easily walkable to Bowen's Wharf and many attractions. I had a wonderful t experience at Barton's place and plan to have the be my only choice for Newport. Enjoy, Kathy

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

The stay was very peaceful, friendly neighbors. The scenery was great, Desiree was there for any concerns we had, and with timely response. I would anyone that want a pleasurable stay while in Norwich, this is the place to be. Thanks again, for a wonderful stay. William & Potreen

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We stayed at Taylor's place because of the proximity to Mohegan Sun! What we got was an adorable space in a beautiful neighborhood that was super close to the concert venue! It truly is a nice neighborhood! It was peaceful with beautiful water views and fountains! Everything in the house was nice and clean! It was awesome that there were little snacks and water! Such a nice touch! It was super easy to get into the villa, easy to lock and just a great spot! Keyless..perfect! Thank you, Taylor! We will return if you'll have us again!
