Everything was perfect!! The house is in a very good location, a 15-minute walk from the sea, in a quiet area. Clean, warm house, lots of board games, outdoor games, darts, from the toaster to the hair dryer, nothing is really missing in terms of amenities. Very good bedding as well. Thank you for the gifts, it's nice to be so well looked after. Looking forward to returning to this great house! Thank you and happy hosting!

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

We enjoyed our stay in the Duinhuisje for a long weekend with our family of 8 adults and 2 children ! It is a very cozy house, the kitchen is equipped with everything, there is a lovely garden for the children with sandbox and swing but also 3 garden tables, plenty of loungers, … For us, this stay can only be described with superlatives and is highly recommended ! Thank you also to Ann for letting us check in earlier and to the friendly neighbor for the welcome and the detailed explanation.

Hilde welcomed us personally in her accommodation, which is a former storefront beautifully transformed into a cozy living quarter. Every room was designed differently, but each had its own charme. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

We stayed for 4 days at the Manor: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone quickly found their place because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners for activities: jacuzzi, petanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, brazier and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! The bedding and sheets smell good, you sleep very, very well there! The different lounges are super beautiful, the pool table and darts occupy the largest pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: visually, a step back in time but technically: impeccable. Plenty of dishes, all the equipment is there and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François… a great host, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

We spent three nights at the property and we enjoyed it very much. You felt at home and it was very cozy with the large cooking/dining area and the huge living room with fireplace, which we also used. Location was quiet and idyllic. Nevertheless, you were quickly in the center of Diksmuide or in Ostend to shop or do something. The only thing we were missing were keys to lock the toilet doors. All in all, I would book the place again. Just cozy!

A really great apartment and a very friendly and helpful hostess. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we didn't miss anything here. The breathtaking view alone is worth it, but the landlords have managed to make the apartment really cozy with a clever decoration - here you don't want to leave the accommodation after every excursion! Definitely a clear recommendation!

We spent a wonderful half term break in Belgium staying at Dirk’s apartment. It is right on a beautiful sandy beach which provided the perfect place to relax in the evenings after busy days spent sightseeing. The apartment is in a period building overlooking the sea. We wanted somewhere which was accessible to Bruges. It was 20 minutes by car. Ghent was 50 minutes and Brussels was an 1 hr 20 minutes. We were there out of main season so the area was very quiet and not many places to eat but there were lots of options slightly further down the coast a short drive away. The accommodation itself was as described, the beds were very comfortable and the living room large and extremely modern. There is only one toilet and I would say that the kitchen and bathrooms were not quite as modern as the rest of the apartment. We loved Belgium and wished that we had visited sooner.

Very special loft in Nieuwpoort Stad, centrally located, yet quiet. The space of the premises is generous and optimally used. The interior and exterior have an individual touch. You think, yes, I would like to live here too. However, a steep narrow staircase to the living and outdoor area and another staircase without an outside railing to the sleeping area above. No problem for my 4-year-old grandson, rather unsuitable for older, disabled people. We got along very well.

Great communication for questions, quick help by message and by phone and very nice apartment! If I could, I would have stayed a few more days. The city center is a 15-minute walk, supermarkets as well and the golf course can be reached for a maximum of 5 minutes and there are enough free parking spaces available, which can be used for €1.10 24 hours! We had a wonderful stay! The place was just as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the surroundings. We particularly appreciated the friendly and uncomplicated communication with the host. We felt comfortable from the beginning and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice, spacious house with all the necessary amenities. Quietly located with nice garden but within walking distance of the beach, bakery, supermarket, etc. Check-in and check-out is smooth as well as communication with the host. This home is definitely recommended!

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house is very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped – you can tell that someone has thought about making the stay as pleasant as possible for the guests. The location was also very good and quiet, so you could relax well. I would particularly like to highlight Chantal and Robert, who were extremely friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. A small complaint regarding the hygiene of the bedding was taken very seriously by Chantal and Robert and quickly and easily resolved on the same day – this shows how much value is placed on guest satisfaction here. The entire interaction was very professional and warm. We can therefore fully recommend the place and would come back any time!

What a nice and beautiful stay with Joeri. We did our best to find something that was not present in the home but that failed hopelessly. A weekend is actually too short to be there. Joeri is nice to communicate with and super attentive. Top was the flexibility in arrival and departure. Of course, this is not always possible. The six of you really don't get in each other's way, enough privacy. Beautiful large garden. This home is absolutely recommended!

We were guests with three families (6 adults and 5 children) in Bart's house. The planning and check-in went smoothly, bed linen could be booked spontaneously. Our stay was great - the kitchen was well furnished, everyone had enough space, it was clean. The highlight for the children was a furnished playroom and the fenced garden. The beach was within walking distance. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we damaged a table during the stay, but Bart also arranged that directly and easily. We had a really nice time and can recommend it for larger families/groups from the heart. Thank you!
