Barry was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and very local to Leysdown and sea front. Lots of little things to make the stay better, such as, a fan / firs, ample seating indoors and outdoors and cleaning materials if needed or wanted.

I loved my 4 days here with the dog! The house is so cosy and comfy , with everything you need - we loved the ever hot keeping the kitchen warm and the fact there is no TV makes it even more charming. Bed is super comfy and lovely waking to the sound of the sea. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Ten minutes from everything that is perfect about Whitstable! One minute from amazing bakery … close to coop and train station. Very good place for two people to have separate work from home spaces. Superb garden and good amenities. Comfortable beds and good shower….

Great location, the pub opposite was quite noisy at the weekend but it didn’t disturb our toddler at all. The roof terrace is a rea bonus!

What a wonderful stay we had! The house is clean, well located, has everything you need and is pretty stylish to boot. As a family of three we were very comfortable here and being so close to the sea was fantastic. All our requests were answered quickly and Nick and his wife were such helpful hosts. All in all highly recommended, we would have no hesitation in staying again. Cheers!

Declan’s place was very clean. He was a great communicator and was very responsive to any infer we had. It was located near many shops.

First time in Whitstable. Pearson Cottage was ideally located close to town centre and public car park just next door. WARNING - Car Parks run by Canterbury City Council are very expensive in Whitstable and free parking spaces are hard to come by. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs to pass the time away in :). The Cottage was just right for the two of us with all that we needed - comfortable, quiet and well looked after. Easy sea front walking to our favourite haunt, "The Old Neptune" - definitely coming back to Whitstable in the not so distant future.

Alex was lovely from the very beginning, so helpful! The apartment is one if the best we've stayed in, beautiful, amazing location right on the front, and everything was completely spotless! Such s perfect stay thank you so much Alex.

The house is spacious and bright, located right on the Beach Boulevard, making it easy to find. Each room was clean and tidy, with a very modern kitchen. My friends and I had a wonderful two-night stay here. The yard is spacious and well-maintained, making it perfect for family gatherings! I also want to highlight that Richard is incredibly trustworthy — he responded to my messages quickly, was very helpful, and greeted us warmly. He even prepared local travel guides on the living room table, which were very useful. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Great stay - better than the pictures! View from the terrace is amazing and very easy to walk into the centre! Although I paid for parking, it was easy to park nearby and pay for the day. Great place would definitely recommend!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. We had a great stay for a family holiday and loved it. Comfortable rooms and well equipped Airbnb. Only downside was part of the oven not working, but the host was very responsive when we had any problems. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

Our group rented both chalets via Claire. We had a lovely time getting together, going on local walks, trips to the beach and even a dip in the pool on site. Had a nice trip into Deal town, walks along the beach and into some of the shops! Thanks Claire. Would love to rent again, great location, great place, great amenities.

Nice apartament, close to the Center.

Booked this for my Husbands 70th. 5 couples so, having a bedroom with en-suite for everyone was a real find. The location was superb, everything in walking distance. Sally provided recommendations for a dinner on the Saturday evening. We went to the Royal Hotel (across the road). It was a perfect w/e and the weather helped. We had sea views and right on the front. Cinema room in the basement was fab and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks Sally

The most wonderful place to stay! Whitstable is the most wonderful place for a trip or holiday and the house is deservedly iconic. Perfectly situated directly on the beach, spacious with beautiful wrap around gardens, it was the most wonderful holiday spot. Katrina and Rupert were wonderful hosts, friendly, accommodating and informative. The house has everything you could want for the perfect, comfortable stay for a family or group. We cannot wait to return already!

Emmy was a perfect host, really great coms and always accommodating. The house sits on a street that hits a charming beach in seconds and she supplies everything you need for a fun day swimming in the sea. Our children were thoroughly entertained in the games room and had soo much fun playing pool for the first time, a massive hit! We also loved finishing the day in the hot tub! The house is well equipped with all the mod cons and all instructions are well displayed, so no need to struggle finding manuals etc. It's a quiet neighbourhood which is only a short walk from the seaside bustle of Broadstairs town centre and the famous geleto, Morelli's, which is an absolute must if you like ice cream or coffee! We will defiantly be back!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

An outstanding place to stay, right by the harbour, loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee watching the boats come and go and watching the world go by. A short walk down into Ramsgate itself. The pool table room was a hit, my nephew went in there and never came out, he loved it. The whole place was exceptional, absolutely fantastic.
