My family and I came to town for an event and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We have two growing boys who struggle to share a bed, so having the two individual beds was absolutely perfect! Everything was neat and tidy and we felt right at home. Having the basketball court and Pickleball court right across the street was fantastic, wish we could’ve gotten more use, but it was a short stay. It was nice being able to look out the kitchen window while cooking dinner and see the boys on the Pickleball court. Despite having the park right there, the house felt very quiet and peaceful. I loved the additional touches like extra toiletries and snacks, Yesenia is a fantastic host.

Very clean, modern cute place to stay!It looks like the pictures. The neighborhood was a mix of a lot of trailer homes - trashy - and only a few modern nice houses. Property has 2 houses behind it on the same lot. Was kinda weird but nothing was an issue. There was silverware, plates, and pans, but there was no salt pepper, cooking oil. I had to buy to buy everything which was pretty unfortunate. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Close to convenient stores and in what seemed to be the suburbs. Would possibly stay again!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and cozy blankets. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We truly felt like we were in a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered, and it made such a difference in our experience. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this one tops the list. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer retreat, this is the place to be. We were sad to leave and are already planning our return. Don’t hesitate—book this gem! This the greatest location in Tampa fla to renovate for any vacation and the neighborhood is very peaceful and last but not least Jorge is a very great host and was ready to ask any questions or help with anything

This place is amazing and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and make cooking for a group easy. The backyard was great and the front porch chairs were very comfortable. Ann pays special attention to detail and provides a lot of extra amenities that made our stay even more confortable. The location is also great. I would highly recommend staying here.

My business partner and I needed a place for one night after a late flight into TPA. This place was perfect. Self check-in, spotless, thoughtful drinks in the fridge, soap, shampoo, etc. Just what we needed after a long day of travel!

The place was wonderful. it was very comfy. Big kitchen with lots of pans to cook in. big fridge and huge TV in all the rooms. AC is on point and works great. The yard, the water, the atmosfere is pretty awesome. Loved it

Nancy was very responsive. I was coming in late, well after the check-in time, communicated with Nancy and everything went well. The space was as described and was clean. There were notes through the space which were super helpful. Nancy provided clear and easy to follow instructions for every aspect of the stay. Would definitely recommend a stay there and will consider staying again if I am in the area.

The location couldn’t be better: nestled in a safe, vibrant neighborhood that’s close to everything—great restaurants, cafes, and just a quick drive to the beach. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was kind and responsive throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa!

As I.had to make.a very last minutenl reservation, I was so grateful that Juan responded so quickly and I was able to rent his very peaceful, clean, quiet, cozy pad in a very nice neighborhood. The little, closed-in patio outside the studio was so nice to sit at last night and unwind and equally as peaceful to sit at and gently wake up at this morning before I got ready and left. A great place!!!

Michael’s place was quite comfortable with all the high tech touches. We had plenty of room For the four of us to stretch out, relax, and be quite comfortable. Condo was walking distance to coffee shops and food venues. Easy on and off highway. Looking forward to going back! 😊 thanks

I will definitely stay at Alennis’s place again. Very convenient location to great restaurants and the interstate but away from busy roads. The place was clean and had everything that was needed. Alennis was very easy to communicate with by a quick text.

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

From the booking to the check-out, everything was smooth. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, and the place was clean. We will recommend it and will book it for future stays.

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
