Had a wonderful stay at Kari’s place — we felt right at home! The space was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was great, and the bathroom was spotless. Kari was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to major attractions. Highly recommend this spot!

Nice clean two bedroom and two bathroom in finished lower level of residence. Small well stocked kitchen and comfortable communal living room with TV. Good location if you’re looking for a place near Green Lake in Seattle.

Beautiful place to crash for a few nights when traveling to Seattle. You can tell the host puts effort into making sure their guests are comfortable throughout their stay. We were even able to check-in early which was nice! Felt like everything we wanted to do was within a mile or less. Great stay!

Scott was a very flexible host. Our travel plans changed at the lat minute and he was more than accommodating. His place was in an ideal spot for us. It was a peaceful residential neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within an easy 20 minute walk. We'd happily stay there again.

This space was wonderful! We absolutely loved the quirks and bright colors. It was an easy check in and great communication from Karla. We will definitely be back! Also, definitely worth the price!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

First of all, Noam was very helpful and accommodating when we asked for an early check-in when we arrived earlier than planned in Seattle. Next, the home and the views it offers are just breath taking!!! The pictures do not give justice to just how amazing the location is in real life. The home is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Definitely worth the price, and is actually such a steal! Definitely a 10/10 would recommend.

My group of 8 had a wonderful stay! Della has thought through every need or want a guest may have for their trip! Our only regret as we visited Seattle was that we did not spend more time hanging out in this clean and beautiful home.

Over the years I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnb’s in the West Seattle area and this is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed. It’s very comfortable, the location is great, each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great with my teenage sons and the kitchen is such a great and inviting place to cook meals in. I stayed here for a week with my wife and teenage son and we were able to cook lots of meals at the location and felt right at home. Giselle is very responsive and made sure we had all we needed and were enjoying our stay. I look forward to staying here again.

The home was wonderful, and the hosts were very kind, accommodating, and attentive for my weekend trip! They allowed me to check in early which was very appreciated! The home was clean and they were very helpful and responsive. My only issue was the upstairs neighbors being very loud at night, it was unexpected but the hosts did offer to help. Everything was close by and the parking spot, though tight, was very helpful because street can be hard to come by. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

I wish I could give Michael more than 5 stars! He was the perfect host. So friendly, helpful, and kind. Super responsive and great communication overall. The house was wonderful! Free and private parking in back, walkable neighborhood, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!! Everything was amazing!!

My stay at the little blue house was a peaceful retreat. I was visiting family that recently had a newborn and wanted something within walking distance of my family which this was. I was able to have a short walk to visit family and the. Return to a peaceful home to rest for the evening. I would definitely stay here again when I return for another visit!!! The hosts was also responsive.

Place was exactly as described. Amber was very easy to work with and responded quickly. Would stay here again!

We knew by the pictures that the house was beautiful but the pictures don’t even come close to describing just how gorgeous it truly is. The view from the roof was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and even BBQ’d a few times on the roof. We had everything we needed during our stay and it was the perfect getaway. Thank you so much for a great experience and we hope to be back when we are in the area;)

Olga is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautiful and has a wonderful view. Always enjoy staying in the Newmark Building.

日本からサッカーのクラブワールドカップの試合の為に泊まりました。 最大6人で泊まりましたが、日本の1LDKとは広さが段違いなので充分寝られました。（とはいえ大人だけなら5人がおすすめです。） 観光の中心地にありシアトルの観光地へはどこでも歩いて行けて、車なしでも凄く便利でした。 豊富なタオルや寝具、どでかいベッドとエアベッド、食器類も鍋もありスタバのコーヒー粉が複数種類揃ってました。 ホストのロバートさんは返信も早くフレンドリーで、こちらは翻訳アプリを駆使してたまに楽しいトークもしてくれて凄く楽しかった！ （日本でも人気になったバンドのメンバーだったそうで☺️） セキュリティも良く安全な都会のおしゃれマンションです。 ちなみに記載の住所を日本からGoogleMAPで調べると違う建物が出てきますが、写真の素敵なビルが正しいです。 I stayed here while visiting from Japan to watch the FIFA Club World Cup. There were up to six of us staying, we all slept comfortably. The location is right in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots in Seattle — super convenient even without a car. There were plenty of towels and bedding, a huge bed and an air mattress, cookware and dishes, and even multiple types of Starbucks coffee grounds stocked! Our host, Robert, was very responsive, friendly. The building is modern and stylish with great security — we felt very safe throughout our stay.

Ashley & Mike’s place was perfect. The space had everything I needed. The bonus was the workspace in the bedroom. The location was right around the corner from Pike Place Market and walkable to most attractions. I really enjoyed my stay. The building felt very safe and secure. The amenities of the gym and the pool were nice. Not to mention the convenience of the Target below the building for grabbing a few necessities. I would definitely book again.

As a person with memory issues she was always patient and quick to respond to my questiond.The lines were perfect. I asked for extra pillows and I indeed receive extra pillows. If I had to critique it would be maybe leave directions on how to use the Nespresso machine.

The view was amazing and the location easy to find. If we had the time and the weather was nice we would just sit out on the balcony and just watch the marketplace bustle. The space was clean and many essentials were provided. We utilized the pool/hot tub/gym daily which was super nice after all the walking we did during the day. Target being downstairs was also very convenient especially since I needed to grab another luggage cause I ran out of space in the one I brought. The only complaints I might have is that it can be quite loud at night and I was woken up quite a few times. However, ear plugs are provided though I didn't use them because they get uncomfortable after a few hours. We had no actual issues but it can also feel a bit unsafe at night if you're out late due to the homeless population though that is not a fault of the hosts. Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just the view and convenience outweighs anything else.

My dad and I had a lovely stay at Hamid's condo! The main room is light-filled and open, with a large kitchen and a living area. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed, and we enjoyed the provided coffee. There was also a selection of tea. There isn't a pull-out in the living area anymore, but there is a roomy sectional, plus extra pillows and blankets. My dad slept on the sectional, and said it was comfy and he slept very well. I slept wonderfully in the bedroom, which has a sizable closet - very convenient! Having laundry facilities on-site was a real bonus. We weren't planning on using them, but I wound up needing to, and was glad to have them. Hamid was a gracious, friendly, and kind host. His directions and instructions were detailed and clear, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. Dad and I would happily return for another stay - and hope to!
