The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Great place to stay! Mazzeo is a great host. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and featured a key pad lock to the front door and a second dead bolt lock inside, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The projector screen in the living room is perfect for movies, and Mazzeo does allow guest usage of his subscriptions! The apartment is in a nice suburb outside of center city Rochester with off street parking. Definitely recommend! :)

Danielle’s apartment was perfect for our short visit to see our son’s family in Rochester. It’s in a great location that enabled us to get to great restaurants a short distance away by car and it was in walking distance of others, including the Highland Diner. She provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment via email the day before our trip, which we appreciated. The apartment itself was as lovely as it looks in the photos and has some nice touches that made it easy to ‘settle in’ for a few days such as plenty of hangers and a large chest of drawers so that we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases. The bed is very comfortable and plenty of towels are provided in the bathroom. Off street parking comes with the apartment which was important to us. All in all, we had a great stay at Danielle’s apartment and would definitely book it again. Thanks, Danielle!

I picked this home because it was close to RIT for son's graduation, but it is also located short distance to quaint town/village of Scottsville, NY. My hostess was great at responding to my questions and made the visit more welcoming.

Derwin was so nice and accommodating! He responded quickly to questions and was always around for help. The building looks a little rough on the outside but Derwin keeps the inside spotless and has all the accommodations you could need! Felt very secure staying here with plenty of cameras and locked apartments to the public.
