Vacation rentals with a fireplace in West Hants

A group of us stayed at Steve’s place for a friend’s wedding up the valley. Great central location. Lots of parking and large property. The house was so bespoke and eclectic we all absolutely loved it and felt right at home. The beds were surprisingly extremely comfortable (not always the case at airbnbs), there were a ton of towlels, lots of dishes, mugs etc, coffee and coffee machine. I would absolutely recommend this place, it would even be a great destination spot to getaway with friends. Thank you for having us.

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

A hidden gem. So peaceful and in a perfect location. The house itself was a perfect size with comfortable beds and everything you’d need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Kaycee’s cottage was sweet, comfortable, and quiet. Our toddler loved the front lawn to play with his monster trucks and the beach (where he also played with his monster trucks!). We got to see lots of beautiful bird life and even a lady slipper! Our stay was lovely and we had all the comforts we needed. Our family would certainly visit again! Thanks, Kaycee!

We really enjoyed the airbnb. It was very much like being at home. We didn't have any problems. It was close to our venue for my sons wedding. We would consider it again on our next travels to Nova Scotia. Thank you Alex.

Beautiful place! Quiet, serene and a short drive to restaurants and wineries. The place was perfect for a few days of writing and taking in the valley. Adam was very responsive to messages and had a fire going for when I arrived. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Christina's place. It was well equipped and furnished in a quiet setting. We even got to see a fox a few deer. We had a great time and I would highly reccomend Christina's place to anyone visiting Nova Scotia.

Fantastic house that I've stayed at half a dozen times already, the clear water lake lodge is great place to get away to with a family and friends. It is set back on a beautiful lake surrounded by forest trails with plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy and a beautiful fireplace to relax by at night. The kitchen is also amazing with restaurant quality oven and stove.

The suite was perfect! Endless restaurants & shopping within a 5 minute walk, and excellent location for the Magic Winery Bus drop off & pick up! Unit had everything needed for our stay, and we especially enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and evening wine. Very peaceful and private. Blair was super responsive and provided clear instructions for check in & check out. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb photographs do not do justice to Amber’s place. The unit is spacious, very nicely renovated, well stocked and included some very thoughtful touches. Though on a main street and a weekend, it was quiet as was the building. Port Williams is a terrific place to visit! There are some nice local restaurants close by and a walking trail leading to Wolfville. The unit was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Towels, linens etc. were plentiful and our host highly responsive and welcoming. Amber’s place is a lovely Airbnb and I highly recommend staying there. Parking is included and if more than one car, overflow and street parking. Thank you Amber and Albert!

Sasha’s place is a lovely open space and it was pristine. It s close to a great pub that is within walking distance. Sasha was extremely flexible, friendly and responsive to all inquiries. I would recommend Sasha’s place - it was great. I look forward to staying again in the future.
