Sha & Lev are fantastic hosts! Our little family had a great stay! We loved the Bigfoot hideout and felt very welcomed as we lounged in multiple hammocks and sat by the fire pit chatting away and watching the kids play. We explored devils den state park and had a great time hiking. Sha is very knowledgeable about the area and will help out with any questions. He even texted us at 7:30am informing us that coffee was ready! Sha has many wonderful stories to share from his sojourns. We will definitely be back to the hideout!

This place is magical. It is an undiscovered element. It is like a stair step to Heaven! This is the most beautiful place ever we have ever been. The hosts were great and the cabin was soooooo clean. We even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived! It felt as though my soul connected to the land and was so at peace while we were there. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back in the future! Every part of our experience at LJ's Hideaway was magical. Thank you for sharing paradise with us!!!! If you are traveling to the Fayetteville area and need a place to stay or a couples retreat you need to check into this cabin!! What amazing views sitting on the porch!! It’s easy to get too and Jessica is a wonderful host!! The cabin is well stocked she has took the time to label everything so it’s easier to find things!! Jessica even went as far as stacking some wood in the fire pit so if you want a fire it’s ready to go with chairs close by!! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The living conditions were modest, but perfect for this solo traveler. Kristen and Derek were so friendly and accommodating. The daily breakfast was great - and they even made sure their guests were well-fed despite a property-wide power outage! Great location to hike Devil’s Den, and just a short drive to White Rock Mountain. If I’m in the area, I’d be sure to stay again :)

What a wonderful place for a getaway! The house is literally right on the pond. We enjoyed the deck and area surrounding the pond a lot. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and Cynthia is a great host. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing getaway.
