Luxurious, modern & warm seaside loft

This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

We rent out our penthouse on the dike of Blankenberge, a sleek spacious loft where you can enjoy the view and the beautiful light. On both sides of the large living space there is a large terrace which allows you to sit outside in the sun at any time! The floor that runs through (inside oak, outside paddock) creates a great space feeling. The apartment which is recently renovated has a surface of 100 m² and is situated at the first floor of a mansion built in 1930. There is parking available at the groundfloor. The Mansion is based in the city center of Kortrijk, 5 minutes from the railwaystation, 150 m from the busstation, 5 minutes from the Expo and 2 minutes from the shoppingcenter "K". Ghent and Bruges are only at 30 minutes driving with the car. An BNB for city and expo visitors.
