There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

Cute bungelow with a great screened in porch offering the best sunsets in Birmingham! Clean and comfy with high quality bedding! Much better than your standard hotel room! Full kitchen (stocked with the essentials), washer and dryer, dining room (great for working on your laptop), full bathroom with shower/tub, and bedroom which also has patio access to overlook the valley! If you like privacy and nature this is the perfect place to stay. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay it was perfect for just me and my significant other we enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife every morning. I definitely highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful private place to stay in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The bed was ultra comfortable. Candace had some great touches not found in typical Airbnb's -- such a beverages and snacks waiting for the weary traveler. Definitely a place I'd stay again!

Maria was a very involved host! Answered questions quickly and accommodated our early checkin request. The house definitely felt like home! Bedrooms were a great size especially the master! I would definitely stay here again. Very close to University of Montevallo!
