Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. For the 2026 state horticultural show, you will stay with us in the middle of the countryside and only 10 minutes away. In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). From this centrally located place you are in a few steps in the lively city life and yet live in a quiet side street. The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy district, the "Viertel." Many restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as theaters and cinemas are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a large main room that has been lovingly renovated and equipped to a high standard. The perfect place to relax and explore the city.

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
