The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We offer our 75 sqm granny apartment as accommodation. This is just off the A7 motorway. Street parking is available next to the property. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished after the last rental. In the village there is a bakery and a butcher, as well as a restaurant and also a gas station. Pets are allowed upon request. Distance to Würzburg 20 min. Distance to Schweinfurt 10 minutes. Distance to Kreuzberg/Wasserkuppe 40-45 min.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Beautiful & practically furnished apartment on the 2nd floor of a house, for max 4 people. The two bedrooms are equipped with single beds 1x2m, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. The windows all have blinds. Kitchenette offers everything you need Toaster Kettle Pad Coffee machine Dishwasher a stove +refrigerator +icebox. In the new bathroom, showering in the large, walk-in shower becomes an experience,large window.

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.
