Superb apartment&sea view above the yacht harbour

A lovely holiday flat with a view directly in the yacht harbour of Kiel for up to 4 persons. Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. UPDATE: The building is scaffolded in Sept-Nov 2025 due to roof repairs! Pics

SommerFerien mit Meerblick - Urlaub das ganze Jahr

Unsere feine kleine Ferienwohnung in Stein freut sich auf nette Urlauber. Die Wohnung empfängt Sie mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee und einem gemütlichen privaten Ambiente. Direkt am Deich gelegen, sind es nur wenige Meter zum Strand und auch ein Fahrradverleih, Imbisse und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Den nächsten Supermarkt gibt es im Nachbarort- alles was man zum Leben braucht findet man im Kurort Laboe. In Stein lässt es sich hervorragend entspannen und genießen.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung mit Blick ins grüne, in bester Lage. Die Kieler Förde, Kreuzfahrtterminals, Shopping in der Holtenauer Straße, Kaffees, Restaurants, Bars, Theater, etc. sind alle gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Selbst zur Kieler Woche ist man nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im Mehrfamilienhaus und ich bitte um ruhiges/ respektvolles Verhalten. Nichtraucherwohnung und Party's verboten!
