WATCH AMAZING SUNSETS FROM THE PORCH EVERY SINGLE DAY !!! The house is only 50 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.

The home also offers things such as built in speakers stero in all areas of the home, high speed WIFI, RO filtered water in the kitchen, and back-up generator.
