Das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Attersee und Traunsee, jeweils 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt wunderschöne Wander- und Radwege, eine Tauchbasis am Traunfall und viele schöne Städte wie Salzburg und Linz sind als Tagesausflugsziele erreichbar. Die komfortable Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit einem nettem Spielplatz.
