The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The property includes a bathroom and balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, to the center of Beuel it is about 10 minutes. ( Cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min.fussweg reachable) you can be in about 12-15min. in the city center of Bonn.

In the apartment you will find plenty of space to feel comfortable. On the balcony you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Dogs are always welcome and children are of course welcome too. For your pet there is a dog basket and a food and water bowl. There are some board games for all ages and many books to read. In total there are three beds, two are 1.40 m and one 1.80 m. There is a large open shower and washing machine in the bathroom.

The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building.
