The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our new non-smoking nostalgia nest on the second floor is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa from the 19th century. Anyone with a penchant for houses with soul will feel comfortable here. The villa is located 5 minutes walk from an organic bakery, where you can pick up your rolls for breakfast. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the market square with the Genovevaburg are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
