Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
